Am i legally allowed to create a new account with the nick name goes Battle_Mod_21 or En_event_13.

you did not give me answer for that.

No. Read point 1.11 of the Game Rules.

1. Requirements for nicknames (Usernames)

It is forbidden to create nicknames (Usernames), clan names (tags) as well as clan slogans that:

"Contain parts of Usernames of Administration employees or contain information that may entail erroneous perception of the User as an Administration representative;"

If you do this, the account created with this kind of a nickname will be blocked.

Why i want to video chat with Yele ?

Why you don't discuss that payments is my question I don't want how much you get paid ? I believe you are not allowed to disclose the payments. Just Why >?

I don't think that your payment is Illuminati... Helpers need to satisfy the players. right ?

Am i legally allowed to create a new account with the nick name goes Battle_Mod_21 or En_event_13.

you did not give me answer for that.

There is an order for everything, things to say, others not to. I have answered your question, and other helpers will surely tell you the same answer. You don't become a helper to be ''paid'' but to contribute and help the community, that is why helpers are helpers. Of course one or 2 might think the other way around but it isn't the main point. You indeed are correct, helpers are here to help the players and satisfy them but that doesn't mean that they can tell and say everything asked. Once again, sorry, but we don't discuss such things with players.

About your second question, it has already been answered by my fellow helper so instead of answering again, simply I left it. In case you want to know the answer for it, I will quote it for you.

And once more, please read the post above me in case you didn't since it answers the exact same question you asked.

Democracy is ruined.

Thanks, I was blind to see it. :( Sorries for troubling you around.

Can you explain me How you detect that a foul play is taking place in a battle field ? I rarely use /vote command in very rare cases but, Interviewers say that he view battles like 100+ per day.

So, You guys just visit battles random or just wait for the help command.

Can you explain briefly about it ? Don't ruin my education, please.

By watching the battles and seeing how the player(s) play, such as whether the player is ignoring enemies, not capturing flags, shooting and pushing his/her team mates, helping the opposite team. You also can tell when a player is doing such thing and you will come to the conclution that definitely the individual player isn't contributing to his or her team, etc.   There are some other hidden ways we detect and see if a foul play is taking place in the battle or not which unfortunately I can't share.

Always and always there are complains and reported battles so there is no such thing as ''randomly'' checking battles. Battles take priority, some battles more important than others and I have answered in my privous post, please consider reading it one more time, thanks.

Is the battle mods players or ppl from the company ?

As answered above, nope. Normal players who became helpers and started contributing to this community.

Just answer me.. Why are you hiding certain ideas and information from us ?

How can it turn harm against your community ?

Just say only that reason, I'm satisfy with my answer.

I don't think anyone will tell, it is as my fellow colleague explained. Asking the same thing over and over won't help so try to become a helper and get to know all you want, that is how things work. Think about it, do the president tell all the strategies and plans he/she has to the public about everything? Nope, some things are announced publicly, others aren't, it is same in here..;p

If I become helper, you guys would denied me to say this information to my friends...

Anyways. Situation based reply. I'm satisfied.

democracy has Right to information act which enables the person to know about the government works and acts like a watch dog. I can't find RTI over here.

It is Yele.

They are the admins of Battle mod's. They are the one who sees your application and make battle mod's. They may have a live chat with others regarding game play or interview you that you're qualified for this post or not.

its it against the rules to leave and rejoin a battle , every time this player is low health he would leave immediately and just would rejoin just to have a high k/d. His nickname was;modelist555

7 kills = 70 exp,

you got 70 exp in a private battle by getting your friends to let you kill them.

I don't give a crap how much exp you needed to rank, what matters is the amount of exp you farmed.

Farming 70 exp for a cool rankup isn't power leveling. Common sense applies everywhere, use it.

but the difference between a rank up party and power leveling is whether or not it's more than 50 exp, so common sense tells me that if 70 is more than 50 it is power leveling

Think about it for a second. If the act is done repeatedly over and over, whether it is gaining experience by healing others who are damaging themselves or shooting and gaining kills over and over and over, then yes... that is a power-leveling indeed.

Now, when the player mentioned above was ranking, how many times he/she repeated the same act, in this case shooting and gaining kills? No more than once and what was the point? To rank up and once the player ranked up, he/she no longer continued doing the same thing, right? How many times did it happen? Once only, right? Well, that is a basic thing.

Now, let me try to explain to you why the player did that, you are ranking and you invite your friends, everyone is there for you and they want to take part in your rank up, the reason why you invited them is that you want them to be part of your rank up? Let's say this, you invited 7 players and you want to shoot 1 or 2 players and rank up, obviously, it is only fair for everyone who wants to contribute to your rank up to do and line up. Then, you simply shoot them all once and rank up, imagine leaving one or 2 players from there and telling them, hey you 2, don't come here, what was the point of inviting them if they will be left in a corner? Of course, you can do since it is your rank up but everyone has the right to choose how they want to rank up and so did this player choose the way he/she wanted.

Anyway, moral of the story is that, was the at repeated over and over? Gaining easy experience and kills? The answer is no and that doesn't make it power-leveling. Once again, power-leveling is it is repeated, allowing you to gain more and more and more kills/experience depending on whatever the player(s) are doing. The purpose of this was to rank up only and so did the player do.

Even in the Forum, if you want to record and submit a power-leveling video, this will surely not be enough, there is a reason why most of the videos should be 5 minutes before you submit and the main reason why it is that is because, 1 shot won't prove anything, the act should be repeated over and over thus making it a power-leveling which in this case isn't.

so if we power level until we rank up we can just call it a rank up party then? because we did that to rank up.

Keep repeating it and he/she will be dealt with. Now choose whether you want to keep on repeating it till you rank up or not, up to you to decide.
