Yes, Battle mods do exist! and work in battles every day.

as for not seeing one, we join battles and check for violations if there is a violation, we will deal with it and players will know that there is a battle mod watching but if there isn't then we leave the battle and in that case, no one will know that there was a battle mod watching the battle (you or any other player in that battle)!

Those accounts are made for work purposes only and given by the administration of TO, so it is not considered as "Sharing or/and transferring of accounts"

Well..: Reporting a violator

I know how to vote someone am playing Tanki for 9 years now... by saying there some hackers in low-rank MM is 7 min of battle and I don't think MOD 

do make to battle in 7 mins I noticed that many times,

there are tens of thousands of battles and reports every day for battle mods too check and only 26 Battle mod working on them so the chance of you seeing one in a battle is very little, but we are always doing our best to punish all violators and trying to check all battles, but still battle mods are not robots we are actual humans and have families, school, work and problems in real life so we can't work 24/7.

If you carefully read the Game rules, then you should know that in Parkour mode it is not forbidden to shoot at each other or kill other players. if this bothers you and you couldn't parkour then you can just create a private battle, invite friends there and no one will disturb you. so no block for killing in normal parkour battles.

as for official events, you should ask in the Event section or one of the Event helpers team.

the vote option is in the game so that you can report violations in battles only such as (sabotage - hack  etc) and as long as players using it for reporting a battle violation they won't get any ban.

I'm only here because none of the other threads are loading. I went to a Factory CP because I'm helping an assistant reporter write an article for the Newspaper. There was this guy who joined who was using an invisible hack - the CPs just changed, and I got killed by an Isida, but no one was there. So I, naturally, reported him. The guy leaves the battle after a couple minutes. THEN a spectator comes and tells me that future false reports will get me banned. I tell him what happened. He responds "Check" and leaves the battle, presumably. Then I leave, and come back. THE SAME GUY FROM BEFORE JOINS. I report him again. He leaves. A spectator comes, and tells me there is no one else in the battle so it must be a false report.

 

I know there's no one in the battle!!! But I can't report them if they weren't in the battle when I did so!!!

 

Then they repeat the same thing, that false reports will get me banned. Are those bots? Because apparently they weren't capable of understanding what was happening. Keep in mind that this all happened over a 30 minute period of time, ample time for the hacker to get there, then leave, then come back without being suspicious.

I thought the player being reported couldn't see the report. I remember reading quite some time ago that the report was hidden from the player being reported so the violator doesn't leave the battle.

No!! we are humans not Bots, as for writing the same answer for you two times, we have certain steps we take when we check a battle, and if a reported player left the battle we write the warning about false complaints just to let the players know that using the vote option is to report Game violations only. using it for anything else might result in a ban for false complaint.

We have an ongoing issue with a player that is continually making statements about player being sexual offenders, verbally accosting other players with comments about sexuality.  The comments include topics such as incest, bestiality and sexually assaulting young children. There are also threats being issued by this person with intent of doing bodily harm or "hunting down" other players.  This has gone on for close to 2 years with this player and yet nothing has been done about it.  

 

My challenge is to see if there really are any mods willing to do their job and resolve this issue.   I can provide screen shots of some of the comments but it's my understanding that by clicking the "vote" button during a battle, will report that person and also let a moderator know there is an issue.
