The vote option in battles should be used only for reporting battle violations such as ( Sabotage, Hack, etc ), using the vote option to report a chat violation or for anything other than a battle violation might result a ban for false complaints.

and if a player is bothering you (insult, threaten, bad comments, etc) just click on his/her name and choose ignore option and you won't see any messages from that player again.

This tank qaz43214321 did nothing during battle but to get killed. I think it's a mult because if you check its profile you'll see that it didn't earn a single EXP this week, but it was in my team until the battle ended.

For that you just put a low rank alt in your Group and presto you're one of the top ranks, then remove your mult. A solution for this could be to send a tank an equal number of times to all the ranks of the rank bracket for that tank.

I asked him about his Question first because it's not clear what he meant by his post. and as much as i understood from the second part of his post he is saying that players might use the Group system for MM battles to join with lower ranks and be the highest rank player in the battle and then remove that low rank from the battle.

 

Sabotage is any action aimed against your own team which you are a member of in battle (http://imgtnk.com/i/a8feb213.png) so it's not a possible sabotage it's about MM and the system for groups that's why i asked him to write in one of these topics with his suggestion and solution for it, as for the first part of his post i am waiting for his reply to clarify a bit more. :)

MM's player selection system doesn't allow groups to come up against groups, however, players have found another way to circumvent this ban.

We don't accept  screenshots, to prove violations in the battle there is a needless video where we can see what the player did in the battle. For the future, I recommend using the “complain” command in a battle or recording a video and creating a forum thread.

 

I would like to ask you not to describe the various ideas that allow you to break the rules of the game in this topic.

That's a shame. They can keep using that hack on alt accounts since not everyone can record.

So it can be the same offender multiple times under multiple accounts and they will only ban each account one at a time instead of the IP? Or will they resort to IP when the offender is caught more than 2 times under different accounts but same IP?

Unfortunately, the problem with blocking an IP Address from accessing the game is not easy as it sounds nor it's a good solution for hackers/violators, because a large number of players are playing the game using a shared IP or a dynamic IP (i am not sure what's it called), and if you blocked the IP you are not just blocking the hacker from the game but also the other players as well, which is completely unfair because they didn't do anything wrong to get blocked from accessing the game.

 

and we battle moderators do our best to deal with hackers and all violators in general to stop them from spoiling the game and the fun on other players, and we have 3 different ways to report a violation (in the Forum, Vote option, Game reports Channel). also we are always accepting applications from players who want to help the game and help us to deal with violations.

That doesn't matter because there are so many programmes which changes IP, so if a Moderator blocks abuser, he/she will change the IP and still continues violation

If they got a video of you trolling them then you most likely will be banned for a day or so, my advice is not to do it again trolling is not cool my man.

Battle mods moderate and Check all battles ( Pro or MM ), and MM battles are limited (only 7 minutes) and complaints are send to Battle mods in real time, so the quicker players report the violator in the battle the quicker a battle mod will come and check the battle and deal with the violations.
