• Why battle mods have the icon of a chat mod?
• If they have that icon, it means he/she can ban people in the chat?
• So, why a Chat mod have spectator mode for looking the chat in a battle? (he/she just enter in a battle and read the chat)

1) That's because they are an in-game moderators and works for In-game. For example, forum moderators have forum avatar, right?, and that's because they work in the forum, plus reporters,eSport mods also have an avatar even though they are not forum moderators, this is because they are also related to forum stuffs. Same for battle mods and Chat mods.

Power Leveling is a battle between accounts owned by the same user (Same IP) , Healing his friend isn't a violation and this is what an isida should do in a battle !

I heard that doing nothing in a battle is multing, is it true? because i do it from time to time and get accused of multing. It's not that i joined the battle just to do nothing... I just think it's hopeless and just want to wait to take my fund and leave. Usually it's in battles where my team was winning until those very people who would later accuse me of multing joined on my team and cause us to lose!

Yes, being inactive in a battle for more than 2 minutes or intentionally using weak equipment is regarded as multing and could lead to a ban. If your team is losing really badly with no hope of a comeback and you just want your fund carry on playing but just use less drugs and relax a little bit. Never pause the game for longer than 2 minutes or leave your keyboard.

yes but if i carry on I'd die more and it wouldn't be playing if i keep spawning beside firebirds... so i prefer to hide somewhere instead. and i don't want my score to go to waste, even if i was  multing so what they were asking for it by just joining and talking crap while allowing others to join the enemy team

This way you are going to make your team lose. Maybe you should join some good battle same rank as you and less drugging. I'm sure there are quiet a lot good battles plus less drugging, maybe only 1 or 2 players drugging but you and your team should be able to handle that. To be honest, easy games are boring, it's more fun in hard battles and enjoyable plus that's where you can prove your real skills/ tactics. ;)

actually, i never ever drug. and to clarify, i only do this in battles where i was helping my team win until some people joined and caused my team to start losing. to be honest, when there's enough clan mates on my team we can handle anything, even legends. we have a lot of tactics and thus we never ever get back stabbed; but what am i supposed to use when noobs join my team and cause me to lose, all i can do is wait to take my fund and leave. I know it's more fun in hard battles, that's why i joined a clan that fights with buyer+drugger clans, but-- what tactics am i supposed to use when noobs join on my team.

BM use bird-eye view but on ground level mults are getting away very easily

like this battle here, we were winning until.. see for yourself how many die more than they kill; look at my team mate with 0 kills and 20 deaths, couldn't he have left? he was waiting for his score of 3 to be rewarded? and i would have killed more and died less had my team mates not been in my face; had they not been blocking me i would have killed that firebird before he reached me. it's in battles like these i decide to just hide and do nothing. if you count it as multing i don't care, these people deserve to be multed.

It's because the administration can set the age requirement for each group as they wish. It is higher for staff positions that require more responsibility. 

 

Not exactly true cos Kevred became reporter at 12 years old. But I think I'll leave one of the mods to answer for themselves.

Like I said above, age requirements vary depending on the staff position. Also, the newspaper look for writing talent which not everyone possesses.
