[Bug] Progress Bar of Zero Supply

Hello.

I'm facing a bug. When I go in to a normal battle, Progress bar of my Shift supply starts increasing automatically.

It goes up to 10% quickly and then keeps slowing down. Let me add, I do not shoot anyone or heal anyone. Why is it so? I expect some help. This is a bug or a feature added? I looked at News section but found nothing.

I think its a part of event,while I was in battle it increased by it self by 1 percentage every time,but when I kill or capture flag,It  increases alot,It's just a part of event,Enjoy it.

for me it increases when i shoot someone, and increase is equal when shooting at house????? waht?!?? and its just 2 times faster than DOING NOTHING

As mentioned by others in this thread, it's not a bug. The progress bar increases when you do nothing also, but it increases much faster when you gain score by capturing flags, destroying opponents etc.
