Unknown message preventing the game lunch

So i've been trying to log into my game as usual, but the game didn't load and the loading screen remained for a long time, after several tries something happened & it wasn't what i expected instead i've got this message

 

 

I don't know what it means & even if i did i would like to know the cause of it & how to solve it.

I also have faced this kind of problem today with the Client and I didn't do anything like clearing cache or anything like that, simply I restarted my PC once and it was fixed. I don't face any problem on Browsers but in Client I do bump this kind of message from time to time. Try restarting your router once and you PC and see if it helps instead of cleaning your cache.

 

The message is somehow related to connection/internet and says something about it since another player was complaining about it today so I will ask someone who knows but for now, do or try what I mentioned first please, thank you.

The weird thing is: my internet connexion seems to be working well.

 

I am starting to believe that this is kind of false positive bug.

Yeah it happens, like mods said, try restaring router or your pc and it should work again.

Well then it appears that the root of the problem was the internet connection deficiency, yet i find that the program not tolerating such "SMALL" deficiency is weird since i've got a good internet connection & devs should do something about it since it dosen't only happens to me.
