Oh, this is the a glitch that happens sometimes, would you mind checking or refreshing your Browser and see if the missing crystals are added to your account or just wait till they restart the servers and see if you got the missing crystals, if not than post your comment in here once more, thank you.

no crystal are not aded  i refresh my browser and now i again open  my id but   the crystal are not aded why >>??

Well in that case, there really isn't much we can do for you. Just wait and see if your amount of crys increase after server restart.

from next time, make a mental note about the approximate amount of crystals u have from time to time. this time the losses weren't too high, and nothing can be done either. i think u should take a lesson and leave this now :D

i don't htink he will get it back. if he didn't after the reload, i dont think he will ever.

This is indeed one of those rather primitive visual glitches. There is no way you did not receive your crystals since for that to happen the red side should've received the whole fund which they clearly didn't.

 

There's just a bit of ambiguity in this, but that's about it - you aren't sure of how many crystals you had before playing that battle.. so we can't be too sure but given the fact that red team did NOT receive the whole fund, it's highly likely you did receive your share of the battle fund. You should wait for the server restart because the crystals are sometimes given after server restart in such cases.
