I need help buying the Raiden kit. I used my PayPal account which has a prepaid gift card visa that has already been verified on it. I have more than enough money on it and I when I click buy (after the PayPal login) it says error and tells me to try again later. Is this a problem with tanki or me? Help me fix this. I have been waiting for a while and no one has helped me.

I think it is a fault in tanki's system. Can You say at what time did you buy? Try waiting 2 hours after a purchase. Also if you are getting an error code please send with screen shots. No need to share private details like acc name, pass, card number etc.

And if it still says the same thing than try contacting Paypal Support team and clearing out the issue with them, ask them why it says the error and they will tell you what is wrong with the card or payment  and how it works.

The error keeps happening. I tried switching countries and a new version of PayPal checkout came up. This time there wasn't a error but I can not purchase this because my account is located in USA

The individual who is doing the purchase should contact the support team if the payment he/she was using, isn't working for him/her. Contact your local bank and see if the problem is their side,  contact Paypal support team and let  them know about the problem and ask them why they are not accepting your payment option and they will tell you exactly what is wrong whether they will say that they won't such such card(s) or payment methods anymore or something completely different, contact them and explain to them.
