There is no "must".. but you have a good point.

-> I rarely see the message that tells the players that their battle is marked for beeing reviewd by a battle mod.

-> And every player can catch a ban now or them for flood (during lags, for counting in parkour, ..).

I think that players that were banned because of flooding should be allowed to vote where as the other bans should restrict it.

Hello,

 Today i want to discuss you that many players get ban with Chat due to Insult/Profanity or others breaking of games rules and some players who got  banned for Hacking ( Jump Hack ) ( Fly Hack ) etc. Now i want to discuss you that the players who are ban cannot report to cheater ( Those players ) who are hacking/Mulcting,Helping other team side to win. So to make it fair ban players can report ( vote ) to the cheaters.

 

For Example:

             - If Jxfhr54 is banned and he see a playerwho is hacking or mulcting in a battle he can  vote to the cheater who is hacking.

maybe, but your affecting all others who vote also. also, just because you do something wrong doesn't mean you have to let others take advantage of you more. . .

This idea is pretty simple. I have heard this from other players and experienced it myself -_-  Whenever a banned player tries to vote a violator, they cannot because of their chat ban. I think this is necessary. I have no idea why this feature wasn't here. All players should be able to vote. Whenever a banned player tries to vote they get:

Chat violations and gameplay violations are different things, so I don't see why someone who said something wrong in chat doesn't deserve the right to complain about sabotage and other gameplay violations.

And then why the hell saboteurs get like 1h block and long chat bans of week or monthh?? Looks like a way to force sabotage even more...

Game rules do state that if a player violates the rules, the Administration is entitled to apply the restrictions stipulated in the relevant section of the Game Rules to the offender and that possible restrictions are not limited to the mentioned ones - the Administration reserves the right to apply other restrictions at its own discretion.

 

So you should contact Battle administrator @Yele and discuss possible changes with her, since she is the one deciding about such.

Chat and battles are different platforms and moderation of either of them differs significantly. If you have any questions regarding battle moderation you can ask them here and if you want to send a complaint regarding moderation in general, you can contact both chat & battle administrators privately via forum pm.

I don't know if this ability gets revoked when you get banned, but you can always use the 'Vote' option from the drop-down list after you click on a player's name. For battle violations that should work, and for chat violations you can always ignor the offender.
