Is there a solution for a ban? (read please)

Hello! Tanki Community!

Approximately 6 months ago, my Account, "IsidaGoldenPro" Was Stoled and banned.

I requested help.tankionline, I asked why my account was banned.

They send this message:

Hello.

This game account was blocked for chargeback which leads to permanent blocking of account.
Account return is impossible.

 

After that i told them that was stoled and i did not do anything, they send me this link:

When i complete the format, a message on my email:

You have sent your request to the customer service of “Tanki Online”.
Please follow the link below to confirm your application: 

http://tankionline.com/forms/retrieve/en/?confirm=retrieve&hash=tguxszZz6EXT1LR6et2LZozWg5Ekxrqr

I click on that link and its the same retrieve format i had just send!

I think its an error!

 

My account doesnt let me post a topic because is blocked

What chargeback did i make if my account was stolen? 

Help me please, i dont know what to do.

If you have been banned and you need informations about the ban or you think you were banned / blocked by mistake, please read this: What to do if you have been punished?

 

Fill the form again and keep in mind that the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck!

Reasons like stolen acc etc. arent generally entertained unless a different ip is seen logging in the account. That doesn't mean its stolen as it can also mean you gave somebody your account password.

 

Different ip with different location with a considerable time span. Like a minute ago you logged out after playing. Your location was Antarctica (Assume) and in 5 minutes you/someone log in with a location of India.
