No body dropped the goldbox it was randomly dropped by the server please help for this problem

How many times did it drop and how often? If it is only once than it is normal as Golds drop normally in all battles even if someone didn't drop them unless the option for Gold Boxes is disabled. More info about the Golds can be found in here.

It is possible that it dropped right on the end, caused by a kill or a captured flag, right few moments before the battle ended.

Oh, I was wondering what you meant but this is normal as Golds drop randomly, there is so such thing as a ''set time'' for them. Golds can appear at the start of a new battle, in the middle of the battle or at the end of the battle when the battle is about to finish, there is nothing wrong with that.  :)

 

You just have to be lucky, sometimes you might get it while other times you won't.  So Golds appearing at the last seconds is a normal thing and it happened to multiple players, it isn't a bug/glitch or a problem as Golds can appear in a battle with any fund size. The probability is 1 in 10,000.
