I want to edit big projects like this. This project is over 30 GB I think

To be honest with that sort of timeline you're best off with a full blown desktop, it will make your workflow a lot better unless you travel a lot.

Are we allowed to post links to webshops here?

Of course, so long as its related to the topic.

Thanks guys for helping me out. I am doing research myself too, I have ~4 months to save money, after I have a good amount of views I will start monetizing my videos when they are ad worthy ^^

And 32GB RAM would be even better.

If you're going to go that far you might as well buy 64GB of RAM. :p

I have an Acer Aspire V 15 and does great with tanki even while recording, i haven't gone upto like 20+ mins recording but it gives 60fps with all the graphic settings on.  Got a nvidia gtx 950m 4GB dedicated graphics along with 16GB RAM and i7.

Was around $1000-$1100 when i bought it

If the only game you will be playing is Tanki Online at Maximum Graphics settings , I would recommend you get at least a GTX 1050 for your graphics card. By getting a NVIDIA GTX 1050 it will allow you to record with shadowplay which is a very high quality and free video recording software that comes free with NVIDIA graphics cards. For the CPU I would recommend the R5 1600, R7 1700 or an i7 6700/7700. For now I would say get 16GB of RAM, as for editing it should be fine and currently RAM prices are extremely high. For Storage a 1-2TB Western digital caviar blue and if it fits in your budget a 120-240GB to put your operating system and Photoshop on ( it will make your whole PC so much faster, from boot up times to just navigating windows).

Your Budget is about 1000 Euros so here is a PC Part list.

CPU: Ryzen R5 1600

GPU:GTX 1060 3GB (GTX 1050 if the GTX 1060 wont fit into your Budget)

RAM:16GB DDR4 RAM

CASE: Your Choice ( Make sure it fits your motherboards form factor)

CPU COOLER: The CPU should come with one

MOTHERBOARD: MSI MORTAR B350

STORAGE:1-2TB WD Caviar Blue

POWER SUPPLY: 600W EVGA 80+ PSU

Hope this helps :D

Which website will you be buying your parts from?

Although made by AMD and less known by the general public, there Ryzen lineup perform outstandingly in Productivity tasks such as Video editing etc. R7 1700 = i7 6900K

A £300 CPU performing as well as a £1000 CPU is really amazing.

Well. 900 erous are quite a lot and there are many good Laptops.

However, I don't think that you should go on a Model of a laptop, better to look about it's specification:

These are the properties I believe you should focus on:

RAM: At least 8GB 16GB is better. (64)

Core: I would suggest, i7, It has turbo and Hyper threading.

Hard Disk: I would say 1 TB is enough.

Graphic Processing Uint: GeForce is great for Games, although Quadro is super strong but a lot more expenisve.

Nevertheless, I think that Dell, Lenovo and Asus are good enough, Just Do not buy HP ...

Noobs. The obvious choice is 128GB of ram.

Then he could only buy 128 GB's of RAM with a P4 system.
