What to buy? Which is better?

Should I buy a lots of supplies kit now? Or should I save for either the medium m2 kit or thunder m3 next rank?

Supplies kit is actually a waste of crystals, you won't benefit much crystals once you finished it all. I think best is to save up for either a m3 combos or kits of your choice then buying supplies when you saved enough for it.

if you dont have any hull m2 then go for the m2 kit otherwise save for m3 thunder.

Hmm. What is your style of gameplay? If you excel at close combat, then I'd suggest for you Freeze. If you're the Medium-ranged type who doesn't like long reloads, then I'd suggest Thunder. It's pretty amazing on Drugs. For Railgun, you want to time your shots correctly, and pinpoint them right. One missed shot means a lot. And not to mention for Railgun you must be patient.

So tell me your gameplay. Then I'll be able to supply you with more tips. Remember, choose the Hulls/Turrets that you can use well and have fun with. This is a game after all. The set that you're most comfortable playing with is the best choice- even if it's something others find distasteful. Why? Well because you'll be able to use it to its full potential and more! And it's always fun to experiment with a weapon. Create new tactics and ways to demolish the enemy. This is very good not only in gameplay, but your financial path. Not only will boosted gameplay because it's your favorite weapons of choice improve crystal income, but since it is a weapon of your taste, it will be an interesting weapon for you. An interesting weapon will last you a long time, so you won't feel the urge to spend more crystals on another weapon/hull and waste crystals. Remember, a weapon that you are comfortable with enables you to figure out new things to it. If you keep learning new things with it, then it won't actually ever get boring now will it? :)

An example would be when I was a newbie. I asked what M1 Weapon I should buy. Everyone suggested me Twins. Ok, I bought it. Guess what? I did not like it. At all! Could not play with it because it just didn't suit my gameplay. Although it is considered to be if not the strongest, but one of the strongest turrets in the Garage (Although in the near future, this gun is getting Nerfed), since it did not suit my taste, it was left in my Garage unused. That is a waste of 35,000 hard-earned crystals!  I ended up buying almost everything in my Garage to M1- a grave mistake. I now have M1 Ricochet, M2 Freeze, M2 Railgun, M1 Thunder, M1 Isida, M1 Firebird, and M1 Smoky. The only one I've not M1'd is Shaft.  I suggest to you to stick with one set. Choose the one you like. Test this out by playing on the Test server if it's open, or using a noob account. You know, just get the M1 things, and test them out to see which one matches you.

Right now looking at your rank, your Battle Funds are starting to matter. However, you should still always be on the prowl for Crystal boxes. Especially Gold ones!

Hornet or Dictator for Railgun? Well, I find Hornet uncomfortable to use with Railgun. I've seen it in action, and went up against them. In my opinion, they're not very bright and can be tricked easily.  Now that's not directed to all Hornet/Railgun users, just the ones I find in battle- and tend to destroy. :)  You see, the thing is that the turret on Hornet is right smack in the middle of the hull. You see, this bothers me immensely. Why? Well I use the Peek-a-Boo tactic a lot. Hehe, when using Railgun, I'm first behind a wall. I'm still behind the wall right? I take careful aiming at the enemy, then I hit spacebar, then I drive out from the wall.  Why? Well Railgun has to charge you see, so if you expose yourself first, then charge your shot, you will be vulnerable to enemy fire, and simple guns like Thunder, Smoky, Shaft, and even other Railguns can make you miss. Anyways, back to my primary point. When Hornets do this, their hull is exposed before their turret is. I use this to my advantage and before their turret is exposed, I strike them with my Railgun on the corner of their hull, spinning them to a 180-360 turn. Sometimes even flipping them or killing them. and of course, mercilessly making them miss.

Also, another good way is to feign a Railgun. The latter can be quite surprisingly stupid when confronted the right way.  Even I yield to a feign every now and then. You see, if an enemy Railgun has his eye on you:

1) Try to find another hole to pop out of. He'll be trained on the last part of the wall you came out of. Hehehe, instead of coming out of that way again, go out another way. Shoot him and he'll be caught off guard. However, if you find someone who plays like me (Anti-Railgunner Railgunner. :P ) Then you'll be in a pickle. You see, I love Rail vs. Rail battles. It's wit against wit. So when the enemy Railgunner is still behind the wall, I know that he knows to shoot when I am either not paying attention or wasted my shot. Well, this is where it gets funny. Instead of concentrating my Railgun itself on him, I move the Railgun's tip away from his hiding spot. Just a bit. Then I see him (Since he is a fat Hornet) with my camera that he is advancing a bit outside the wall, meaning he is about to shoot. Hah! I've caught him in my trap. As soon as I see this, I quickly smack my spacebar before he can, and I aim it at where he's going to pop out. He won't be able to react fast enough and pow, I got him. This strategy works for me whenever I confront a Hornet/Rail that actually has brains.

2. Another good way is to quickly dart the slightest bit of your hull out of your hiding spot, usually a wall. Then immediately withdraw back to the wall. Don't worry, your enemy will see it. This will trigger the enemy's instinct to fire. Hahaha, he has hit nothing and has wasted his shot. Take this moment to come out of the wall and take proper aim. Or just make a quick-run. THis is also a tactic that can counter the strategy I mentioned above. The enemy may be feigning, so keep your eyes open. There are always adjustments or add-ons that can be attached to these strategies. It just matters on what kind of a person you're pitted against. This is just the root-basics of it all. A gist, you know?

So, that's why I'd prefer something like Dictator. The turret on the hull is positioned to all the way at the end of the hull. This is a very good posture. Absolutely marvelous and perfect for these strategies. Dictator isn't bad for Thunder either by the way. And if you do get Railgun, practice kill-stealing. If you do master it like me, well then by M2 you should be able to take part in DM Polygon matches with Generalissimos. Or at least Brigadiers~Marshals.

I used to use Wasp, which I consider to be the Mini-me version of Dictator. They look alike, don't you think? Just Dictator is bigger, and Wasp is much faster. Man, I used to be one heck of killer-wasp. I now use Mammoth M2. Very effective with Railgun when used right. ;)  I shall return to the Age of the Wasp soon. After I save 102,000 crystals. :D

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Oh yes, and to the community. I've bought Freeze M2. Hehe, it's not bad. Not bad at all. Amazing for defense, Druggers got nothing on me. And not too shabby for offense either. So what do ya'll think? I'm now a Mammoth/Freeze/Electra. And so addicting to drug with.

So much for a small question.

Is Twins+Hornet good?

Ive seen a couple. Viking+twins is better. Although since twins will be nerfed after physics, i wouldnt buy it. Stick to freeze and firebird. :)

You're right about the nerfing. Then again, I don't know for a fact what exactly is being nerfed. As for Freeze and Firebird, I'm getting them whether they like it or not. Same applies to Railgun.

If that's true, I get the feeling the HP is going to go up. If it does, I can make that work.

Ive heard people thinking HP will go up, but nothing official except the 33.3% thing. But leveling up 4 weapons may be pricy?

Sales, doughnut. Sales.

I'll just save up then splash out on the sales; it works. TLE has proved this.

This time, I plan to get to 55k, wait for a sale and buy Hornet M2 and Thunder M1 at the same time. Then I've already got an M2 combo. (I already have Freeze M2)

Next time, I plan to get 97k, wait for a sale and buy Firebird M2 and Railgun M2.

Then go for another 51k to get Thunder M2 if the duration of the things go right.

Of course, sales may not come during each plan and they could also be on specific turrets. I'd have to utilize those sales according to that. But, you get the gist of what I mean, right? I just can't play this game without some sort of variety. It was hard to limit myself to one hull in the first place.

Currently waiting for railgun sale. Then after that for a paint sale. ;)

Yes, you've just reminded me; instead of Thunder M2, I'm gonna invest on Urban.

Oh, you go by looks; that's different then. If you went for it because of the protection... pls

Personally, judging by the turrets you've told me you don't like and the combo you're currently using, I'd wait out for Roger but it is up to you. I was gonna get that myself but I then realised I'm content with Green and Carbon.

No lol i dont go by looks, only for this one it looks swaggy to me. Thanks for the suggestion for roger, i will be analyzing that paint. Ah so you use carbon currently? I thought you were getting swash? Remember on the fiery discount we played a 300 kills DM and you said you were getting it.

Yep but what happened is, I was 200 crystals away from Swash but then the sale ended; everything was back to normal price. Instead, I went for Carbon which suits my turrets. Perhaps go for Roger later; you can't resist dem skeletons

Which turrent is better Isida or Ricochet?

I usually use thunder on a Viking hull if that matters

And I usually have a march up to the enemy play style

"March up to the enemy" play style you say? Viking is slow at M0 (Modification 0) So if that's your play style then i would recommend mammoth the hull. It's the strongest hull to take out multiple enemies (But also depends on what weapon your using) Ricochet is hard to master,do you know that ricochet plasma balls can bounce off wall? So if your looking for a more "Easier to use" kind of weapon than thunder is a good choice for you.
