What to buy? Which is better?

Heavy hulls are most effective in DM, no? I dont play much DM. And if it is used in the other game modes, it draws too much attention, and is used mainly to camp, which I dont like to do. So, Im thinking of taking Hunter instead, but should I have a heavy hull anyway even though its not my playstyle?

Yes Mammoth and Titan are best for DM. The only Hornets I see are the ones running around collecting crystal boxes.

 

You can play DM also with medium tank as Viking.. :)

You can, but unless you're using Rail or Shaft, don't use Viking in DM. Thunder, Smoky and Twins are better off with Mammoth and Titan.

 

They MAY be a sale this Friday and I'll tell you why - 90% of the time when they give us an opportunity to buy, the following week consists of a sale of some sort. It's usually announced Wednesday morning. They did it last week and it'll probably be something about the upcoming Valentine's Day sale.

I'm in the exact same situation. But I think Thunder's in the clear - turrets like Firebird and Ricochet will be getting the attention.

I agree that Titan M0-M3 and Mammoth (only M3, below it: Titan) are very good for DM, but you really underestimate the benefit of

the extra speed of the Viking. If you use that speed well, the less HP is no issue at all.  :) 

 

And Viking: in my opinion and (lesser) experience, definitely with Thunder in DM!

Guys... According to my calcualtions, with a 50% sale, my remaining m2 cost is gonna be 270,550. And that's with 5 more m2s, 7 in total. Should I shorten the list down another m2? :(

Sandstone is not better than Rustle

Cedar has 32% Thunder, Rustle has 32% Thunder and 20% Freeze. The 20% Freeze costs like a whole extra 45k, whereas you can get 23% Freeze Jaguar for only 23k. Sandstone is probably a better buy, unless you hate Freeze more than Railgun.

Save for M3 Freeze, it's really good, or you can get Smoky M2 which is good too, or Hornet M3.

That's cuz since you use the Med Kit, you use Thunder M2, so ofc you need more Thunder protection *cough* *cough* Emerald. And LiquidGold told me Sandstone was better than Rustle. I've already decided to get Cedar, though.

I would never choose Sandstone over Rustle. Sandstone has barely any protection at all. Cedar is good choice tho

So guys, I have 54k crystals at this moment, and a few more coming in. My m2 wish list has stayed the same:

Hornet

Hunter

Rail

Fire

Shaft

Smoky

 

Added up, it's about 270k on 50% discounts. Seems like a lot. But it is not guaranteed I will get all these. Simply try to get them. Paints would be bought later, as tundra is good for now. My list sounds good?

^ Looks good to me :) You sure you won't need any heavier hulls? Hornet/Hunter have somewhat similar stats, so you may want to consider getting Viking or Titan. Or you could even cross out Hornet and switch it with Wasp

Thanks. Yeah, I doubt that. Heavy hulls are boring to me, titan would be the best one, but only if a sale happened when I am ready.

Hunter offers me some fine med defense stats, and hornet offers me some stats to cap flags and move around. Wasp, eh, I have not been a huge fan of it. But again, if a sale happened when I am ready.
