Twins works better on a heavy hull, IMO, and railgun works better on a light hull IMO, so IMO you should use railgun with hornet.

Sure, you dont have to. But it is an opinion. After physics, shaft can now be used with any hull. Since the charging is now the quick part instead of the reloading, you do not need to be out in the open so much, where you can get shot a lot. So, since the reload is now slower, you need to hide, go somewhere else, etc, quick so you dont get shot more, and so you can help the team all around more. For example, if you are on one side of a map, and there is help needed on the other, you can quickly go over there and snipe. Another example, you are in the middle of a map (silence) and you are sniping there, then you shoot, a railgun sees you can is about to shoot, but you gladly moved back quickly. Just a few examples of how hornet/shaft can be useful, and there are many that use this combo. Again, as I said in the beggining, shaft can now be used with any hull more efficently. So if you like to camp more, a heavy hull, like you said, is the right choice.

Hmm, interesting point you made out there, still, protection is quite needed, maybe a medium hull can now be the best to use with shaft? Dictator let's say "since it's a tall tank"

What's happened is, you've said it like it's fact when it's only your opinion. No, you don't need to incessantly add 'IMO' after every sentence but you do need to communicate with such etiquette that people can understand how you're saying something. You're not the only one - but since you're expanded on that situation, I though I'd chime in.

When someone asks for something in this topic, he is asking "For opinions", when someone replies to him, he is replying his "opinion", how it sounds and how was it written is up to you to analyze, the fact is it's eventually an opinion ;)

How much does the turret kit cost? If it is cheap then get it, other wise get M1 Thunder, IMO at your rank it would be epic.

Yes it is a decent combo. But I think Twins/TItan is better if you play DM. Twins/Viking would be OK if you're using it outside DM

3. If Rico, should I ditch Thunder due to the similar surface-damage abilities?

4. For medium hulls, should I get Viking or Dictator?

I will not get a short range turret, will for sure have Rail and Hornet, and play on small and medium maps

I would start with M2. The only M1s that can last to First Lt are probably Thunder and maybe Twins, but I would focus on M2s.

I would save for the M3 Hornet due to its speed, turning, and the fact that many weapons work rather well with it. However if you already have an M3 tank then I would suggest Prodigi.
