Yes, it's effective at any rank as long as you keep up with the modifications. If you get m1 or have it then thats really good at your rank.

Would you say Hornet and Wasp are substantially different? I've asked around and quite a few are saying yes. Although, there is just as much saying no.

After I get Thunder M3, should I get a good paint or go to Hornet M3 THEN get a paint?

you already have a speedy hull (hornet),viking is a very good choice if u dont like dictator,i usually recommend people having 1 light,med and heavy hull so that you got the perfect hull for every situation. ;)

Go for viking. It goes well with M2 thunder and rustle will reduce self-damage. I have M2 viking too and I love it. I'm definitely getting it M3 when I rank.

i want to get m1 rail to match my m1 hornet, but i already have isida m1, should i get another m1 or start saving up for a m2, though im only Wo 3.

get rail, you won't regret it.

rail m2 is really good as well.

What gazatron said. Also, buy just one of them, don't buy both. It will be a waste of crystals.

Isida will work great with your hornet m3
