Thunder M1. Wasp M3 is more for people who like extreme speed, Hornet for more stability, but a little less speed.

Should I get: Hornet M3, or Cedar? I need 32k to rank up and I have 17.5k right now.

Alright, I have a bit of a dilemma. By tomorrow I will have enough crystals to buy firebird m2, rail m2, and Rico m2. I can only choose one. Which one should I buy?

What M2 hulls you got? Right off my head I'd say Rail or Fire, but it depends on which maps you like to play, and your play style. Fire M2 will last you quite a long time, but Rail M2 is very versatile. Also with the M2 Paint kit and the M2 Med kit, lots of prodigis out there. Heavy M2 kit is much less popular, and there aren't many Fire paints. You gotta watch out for Zeus though.

I'm a pretty good all rounder as far as play style, I like playing polygons and silence and various other maps. I only have 1 m2 hull but I plan on getting much more. Right now I'm focused on turrets. I'll probably get fire m2 so that all my close range weapons are m2. My hornet is m2 btw.

 

M3 hornet. You definitely want to get m3's as early as you can.

M3 hornet. You definitely want to get m3's as early as you can.

Since you already have Freeze and Izzy M2, it wouldn't make sense to get all close range weapons. Silence and Polygon are relatively large maps, so Rail would probably suit you better. Rico is extremely hard to control and requires tons of skill, but is pretty good. Rico goes best with Viking IMO, so I think Rail is probably the choice for you. Also, around your rank there are still many players with Hornet M1, and it's really handy to be able to 1 shot them.

in order to purchase the light tank m3 kit, do u have to already need to have both m2 hornet and m2 railgun? or can u go straight from a m1 railgun (what i have) to m3 railgun?

M1 Rail is better IMO, at your rank there are tons of Hornet M0s, and you can easily 1 shot em. My advice would be to get a decent paint and Rail M1, then start saving for Shaft M1. Shaft M1 is horrible in small stages, while Rail can work even in tiny stages like Island. Railgun is very versatile. It's your choice, on my other account that got hacked, I got Shaft M1 before Rail M1, but I wasn't happy with my choice. On this account I got Rail M2 and Hornet M2 first before getting Shaft M1 and Shaft M2 on the same sale.

You can go from m1 to m3 with a kit :)

If i remember you said you will go for m3 light kit in the future .. So no sense to go for rail .. Fire no, especially if you play DM , they will stole your frags , and you already have freeze .. Shaft is a good choice but only if you gonna play long range maps , but if you will be a rail user don't go for shaft .. Well rico is a beast , in medium maps .. Don't go for mammy , is so slow .. Wait for titan or viking , and you will have a storng combo with the rico if you choose it ! ^_^

So you're telling him not to get Fire because people will steal your kills? That happens with pretty much every gun.

Firebird M2 is usable even in the General ranks. You get kill stolen MUCH more often when using rico.

I would say number 2 as well if you're good at both and have a good hull for both of them, however I would recommend freeze and hornet m3 option if you're very good at freeze.

Mh-mm; also, I feel that Hornet will be the hull that's most likely to get 50% off as well. After I buy Thunder and Freeze M3, I'll have like 50-60k
