i am gonna buy rail. it will m3 it as soon as possible. i thought i was the worst user of rail. but in the test server i used m3 and damn. its too much awesome and powerful;. my combo will be rail- hornet-Picasso. and new drugs update will make it more awesome i think..

Turret kit would help you knock-down enemies, and hull kit would save you. I believe the more the damage you give: the more experience you get. So, I would suggest that you go for turret kit.

Yeah both are good but usualy I kill isidas with my freeze and dont loose much  HP.. So I say freeze too

I'd say if you have a heavier hull at m2 (viking+) go for thunder, otherwise go for hornet :)

you can buy Isida m1. it will help you to rank up fast.

you dony need rico or thunder. because u have rail for long and mid range.

buy isida or freeze, i bought isida :p and sometimes disturb high ranks with my isida+hornet. :D
