What to buy? Which is better?

Here's some favorite combos of mine:

wasp m1 with firebird m1

viking with smoky m1

and hornet with shaft

I don't really have a distinctive playing style, I enjoy rushing people and burning them with firebird, but I also enjoy shafting and strolling around with viking landing crits.

I play on all map sizes, Which combo is best for gaining lots of xp? 

When i was a warrant i used to play with isida alot as it heals and attack and give xp alot. i think isida

Smoky m1 is dangerous but not yet strong enough, but I'd say its m2 is critical. So, I'd suggest smoky m1. Also, if you play with smoky you get experience with railgun.

Yeah if you have titan stick with it its great :)

 

Fire wouldn't be amazing with it I don't think... Maybe something like smoky or thunder or twins would be best imo

Don't get Shaft; you want something that can kill a lot of tanks in a small amount of time right?

Well, fit Firebird on either a Mammoth, or Titan, and head for the small DM maps... I guarantee you'll get quick kills.

 

If I were you, I would stick to Titan and upgrade it (if you haven't done already)

It's the most versatile of the heavy hulls; and you might need that little bit of extra speed with a short range weapon.

 

At the end of micro upgrading health (the most important parameter of Titan and Mammoth) you'll have a difference of 30 HP between the two.

I don't consider that as a huge difference, but it's up to you.

Whatever your little heart desires. There's no "optimal" gun, but I'd say Railgun is mighty powerful at your rank.

Zeus protects from Firebird, Freeze and Smoky.

All of those are likely to be found in small maps; so it fits your Tank yes.

 

Before buying it though, you should do some research yourself... to find out which type of enemy you face the most.

And just mentioning; You'll face Rico's, Twins and Isida's too in small maps.

 

You may have the right paint to fit on the right tank, in the right map... but there's some luck involved aswell.  :lol:

Using Zeus; like every paint, has it's downsides.

Smokey with its crit hit is good but, Thunder is a nice turret for splash damage on multiple enemy's .

Shaft on the other hand is powerful,but with it slow reload it makes it rubbish at times. Railgun is a lovely turret from the next rank of you and up to M3. So I would recommend Railgun.

i am the worst player with rail in hole tank online :( . but i am using thunder m1 and its good. does thunder m2 worth it? or should i get smoky. but after playing in test server with rail, i am really confused about my turrets. sometimes i feel like that i need rail badly. so smoky or rail? ( consider me as the worst with rail)

Dude your not the worst in "the hole of Tanki Online" You are better than millions of players in this game, You can master the skills & Tricks of the Railgun like I did.

Right Now I am thinking of buying an M1 hornet. I have already decided this, but

You could get M2 freeze/firebird M2 viking those work excellent together as an attack/midfield(er). You could get M2 thunder to go with viking M2 since you said you like attacking with thunder.
