What to buy? Which is better?

Hi guys!

 

I'm a new guy on the forum so please forgive me if I make mistakes.

 

In game, I'm a longrange sniper who frequently knocks out enemies across the map.  I'm trying to save up and rank up to get an M1.  The only problem is Railgun, or Shaft? Which benefits me in the long run?

Which paints SHOULD I wait for? I've been liking Prodigi, Inferno, and Picasso. However, I don't know exactly what protection I need because I don't always play with generalissimos... :) I would really like a long range paint and a short range paint for the maps that I play on. Or a bit of both. :)

You're a long way off the really top paints still :p

 

Rustle you may want to consider as paint to get you there? And its a good paint, giving you protection from some pretty common weapons.

 

So, if you're desperate, maybe rustle for now and wait for the brigadier+ paints?

 

(I still stand by just sticking with what you've got. I used alien to lieutenant colonel and it was fine for me :p even for my hornet rail, it was absolutely fine, and now that I have prodigi/inferno/emerald/taiga I'm glad I didn't waste any crystals on the mediocre paints that I wouldn't use now)

You are choosing between completely different guns. Despite the fact that both are long range, the gameplay of one has almost nothing common with the gameplay of the other.

With shaft you sit in one spot, see an enemy, shoot them and move to a different spot. The skill is in choosing the right enemy to shoot, dealing the right amount of damage and actually hitting the enemy tank despite the fact that you sometimes have to aim at a target that is only partially visible, may move at any moment and the aim cross is constantly wobbling.

With railgun you have to be in full control of your tank, being able to move, turn your hull, turn your turret and shoot ALL at the same time. The gun is easy to learn, but extremely hard to master. The advantage is that with M1 railgun you can participate in PRO battles with XP format, which is a great opportunity to play interesting games, become more skilled and get lots of crystals. At the moment just play the two guns at M0 and upgrade the one you are most comfortable with.

it depends what mode you play

DM - Twins m1

TDM - Thunder m1

CTF - Railgun m1

 

Freeze m2 is good value at your rank as well and works well with hunter

I'd use Thunder M1 and Viking M1. Pretty balanced combo.

Firebird/hornet/Titan/viking/dictator

Isida/hornet

Smoky/Titan/dictator/hornet/viking

 

Imagine they are all m3 I'm an offensive stacker 24/7 unless I play with generalissimo or PPP much higher leveled than me then I heal. Ricochet is like an alternative but I will use it 25% Tell me how to make better with using the same turrets I also plan to MU AT M2 and M3. Thanks.

Assuming Halloween sale is going to be 50%, I am aiming for one of the 2 close ranged weapon left. I can get freeze M1 + M2 on a 50% sale on freeze. I can also get M2 firebird if the sale is on firebird. Which one to get? Hornet M2 is the hull I use. I don't use any other hull much. I am feeling like getting firebird, since freeze is ridiculously underpowered. Or should I get rico M2? Or Viking M2?

Cool choices, Firebird m2 and Viking m2 is super hot, i use it everytime, its up to you, but i prefer firebird m2 and viking m2, if you can't affors its firebird m2 :)
