I have a question.

What should I buy in New year Sale.

I already have m2 rail m2 hornet m2 freeze m2 isida m2 mammoth rustle.I have 87k and I am sure to rankup to lieutenat colonal(seplling might be wrong) before new year sale. I am confused wether to buy m2 vik or m2 twins or m2 thunder(i don't prefer buying it becoz so many anti-thunder paints) or m2 fire?

Mostly i play ctf and prefer attacking

If you want to rank up fast go for Isida, if you want to play Xp in the upcoming ranks get railgun, M2 Viking is great, Its power to push is excellent as well as its protection and speed is great for a compacted hull ;) So get Twins n' Viking ! Good luck

savanna in this sale or smoky m2??

Savanna! Only paints are discounted, you know. ;)

 

But if you have more than enough to spend: Smoky M2 for sure!

 

Savanna is a great paint though IMO, will get it on my other kitless main acount (now Major) when it becomes Brig.

Will use Savanna instead of the Tundra I mostly use with the Thunder.

(only when facing a high number of other Thunder players I (will) use my good ol' Cedar)

 

Savanna is a paint that can last many ranks in my view, especially with some micro-upgrades.

True, I like the fact that it has protection against Railers.

Sandbox is an awesome map for a Smoky; and helds quite a few Smokies and Railers.

 

Being a Smoky there with Savanna paint; you have ideal protection and an ability to knock them off aim.

There's no better paint than Savanna in those battles. 

 

It's just that your enemies are likely to have Savanna on too; if they haven't even switched yet.  :mellow:

Thanks I will do that. The only reason I had isida was because my source of cry was tibial them but I found out if you play 175 KILLS FOR DM you get 2.5k or more with WO5 and down!!!!!! I got 7k last mourning. Anyway I plan to include three hulls to go with three turrets so I will go Fire/Smoky/Thunder/Hornet/Viking/Hunter what do you think bout that.... I'm going to buy something for the same just wasn't sure what.... I was wondering should I buy m1 Thunder or is it not worth it at my level (WO5) or should I get m1 hunter.

To answer your questions. Considering turrets: IMO don 't continue with the Firebird for now, it becomes weaker and weaker. Go for it again at rank Major. Take another close-ranger instead: Freeze or Isida.

Smoky: the same. M2 at Colonel even further away than the Firebird M2...and at M1 level it gets beaten (in normal circumstances) by it 's natural successor: the Thunder M1...

So Thunder M1 is a most definite Yes!

Go for it, an amazing turret at your rank. Learn the "secrets" of Splash-damage and rock! :)

 

About the hulls: Hornet is fine, steady upgrades and "cheap".

In my view don 't take two medium hulls: make a choice between Thunder and Hunter. With the money spared you can micro-upgrade

the HP (protection) a bit.

You have already a fast light hull so maybe the Viking with more emphasis on armour might be a better choice than the Hunter.

Whatever, both hulls are good.

I don't know about always turret before hull. I play CTFs a lot. In my experience, a fast hull with health, is more important than a big turret. Turret = frag, but hull = flag. I think it depends on the player.

If you like CTF mode freeze will be use. If you want to rank fast, get isida. When you get Firebird m2, laugh at your enemy's its a handy mandy tool.

Am a xp player, I play on Railgun+Hornet+Electra m2. And was thinking of buy saving for Halloween or X+Mas to buy something and have no idea what to get. I mostly play CTF.

buy all the guns ,hulls and basic paints.when you bought all guns and hulls,start upgrading and buying more advanced paints.and also using thunder m0 and mammoth m1 for beginner/normal tankers. just go over your flag,and then have fun blowing up enemy tanks!

Depends on your gaming style and garage.

If you are in to medium hulls and definitely when you prefer heavy hulls: I would choose Viking.

 

Isida needs speed to operate maximally IMO. So if you use Hornet or even better Wasp (M2 at Colonel) a lot I would advice Isida.

Hornet is also great with Thunder though if you own a well-developed tank control.

 

If you have all kinds of hulls and like them all: just choose the weapon you like the most.

With Wasp I would choose Isida M2, with Hornet Freeze M2.

 

 

Both are good though so (as always) choose the one you like the most.

@@ituck5425 I wouldn't get more than one short-range weapon if you are tight on crystals. Isida doesn't actually do more damage than freeze, as someone above said...

Because of lack of information I would advice to buy: nothing

 

Stick with Tundra, it is a great paint at your rank, because Railgunners aren 't a rare species in Tanki Online... ;)

Who would prefer Savanna over Needle? I'm going to buy a Smoky protection paint at some point, wondering if Savanna was better.
