They're both great at cluttered spaces... but Thunder is better at long range; and Rico vice versa.

Both guns work better with your Viking.

Smoky is more for smaller maps with open spaces, whereas Thunder is better at cluttered bigger maps.

 

Your paint is better in bigger maps, so in this case I would get Thunder.

I use mostly Clay when using Thunder and nearly always Hunter. Hunter is fast enough to back up from Hornets and Wasps, fast enough to run for cover if you need to, and has enough health and is stable enough to engage in face to face combat. But most importantly it 'rocks' very nicely, making you able to hit almost anything.

 

This 'rocking' abillity makes you able to hit enemies at any given elevation, but more importantly let's you use splash damage to te fullest. With some practice you can hit the ground at any desired distance, making you able to hit targets just around the corner at a pretty great distance. Once you get the hang of it, you can also shoot around corners hitting the ground without really exposing yourself, taking out tankers at a distance most would think is impossible.

 

I find myself using splash damage so much, I even use it when the enemy is in plain sight. Call it practice, so when you really need it you know how to take out Isida's backing up enemy attackers as well. You simply hit the ground next to both tanks and inflict damage to both at the same time, rather than wasting presious time to relocate to get a clear shot at the Isida.

 

 

 

Wow, that's impressive, usually I get top 4 in DM using Thunder/Viking & Clay, but got killed way too many times and had to spam lots of drugs... how do you reduce the amount of loss? Should I focus on getting fully MU-ed clay and/or Hunter? Man, I still need to practice Thunder more these days.

Dunno what to buy: shaft? thunder? isida? viking? i wanna buy viking m3 so i could use it with my lots of m2 turrents, but m2 can't go s*it to m3s -.- so i need to know which one should i buy; shaft or thunder or isida? I want shaft cus i play a lot in stadium n its a perfect weapon for there, but i like isida when i play in silence n noise ctf. But in other side, i play dm n cp so thunder rocks there. Is thunder a good weapon even tho there r a lot of anti thunder paints? ._.

The best M1 is the one that unlocks at your rank. After that, the more you rank up, the less powerful will be the gun you bought a few ranks ago. Generally, at any given rank the most OP gun is the one that gets unlocked at that rank.

thunder m3 devastates even if 2 to 3 player wears emerald in a same match its ideal m3 weapon for cps i would definately recommend m3 thunder with m3 viking.

as soon as u get crys buy this combo ASAP.

for ctf freeze m3 is also a good option and goes well with hornet m3

hmm i play mostly polygon cp i have thunder m3 and it goes well with titan m2

i generally like to play cps in large map but if i see some close clashes in small maps like island or sandbox i will definately join them

m1 railgun is totally worth it I bought it at wo3 and I ranked to wo4 within 3 days You can 1 shoot most m0s and 1 shot a mammoth m1 with double power drug

Hi! :) I don't use Fire, Freeze or Isida a lot cause I am an attacker and if you flip even on your side you can't shoot on the side on flip back...  And cause I have M0 Freeze and M1 Isida so I don't like use them cause that would look so stupid... After all I'm Major... xD But I do use Twins but with Hornet you can't flip very well "back"... I use Thunder too but that annoying splash damage, but Railgun is good too. :)

But back to the topic, when the Christmas sales comes on should I buy Dictator M2? (I'm saving on M2 Railgun anyway so I don't need ask bout that xD) M2 Thunder would be nice to but I think it's too expensive to buy.. x(  But what else I should in Christmas plus for M2 Railgun and a new paint? Cause my best is Corrosion.. -.- *facepalm*  But thanks anyways. :)

Don 't know how many crystals you have, but the Corrosion is still a decent paint at your rank.

Did you micro-upgrade it? You can make a cheap Sandstone out of this paint when you do that.

And along the way save money for other equipment...

(if you decide to continue with the Thunder than Rustle could be a good choice, Rustle gives

you plenty of self-damage protection)

 

Just buy the hull you like!

 

When I read your post about the turrets you use and what you like and dislike about them:

I think the Smoky M2 might be just the gun for you!

It has a high recoil so you can easily flip yourself back on your "feet".

The Smoky has ofcourse no self-damage: another benefit especially when attacking.

And...it fits on every hull.

 

Smoky M2 is very powerful, you can compete against M3 's with it.

 

It becomes available at Colonel, so you can save crystals for the Smoky M2 while ranking towards it.

i could get to leui gen by x-mas and thats when im planning to buy

i got hull kit, shaft m2, freeze m2, fire m2, smoky m2 and twins m2

 

Im def gonna get hornet m3 but wondering what weapon

I attack and sometimes camp but i like to move around
