İ used Dictator M1 and i can say: Yes. The best M1 hull. But M2 has some problems. So if you don't want to comtinue with Dictator M2, already you have viking.

A lot of Tankers have multiple accounts. I actually have four of them.

The benefits are huge. I get 4 times daily gifts, and you can make accounts for specific goals:

like a XP/BP-account where you only need to invest in a Railgun, Hornet, Wasp and some proper paints,

or a specific combo-account for example a Viking/Thunder account.

 

Many high rankers use a lower ranked alt. account on the forum. (sometimes to avoid a ban on their main account  :ph34r: )

With Freeze and Isida I would rather go for the Hunter M1.

Guys , i have buyed Roar Kit (Dictator M2 + Riochet M2)

 

Now , i don't know if i buyed Dictator at 70% disccount and Riochet at 20% disccount .

I have a choice between titan,dictator,hornet or wasp m2,i have thunder,ricochet,smoky,freeze and isida m2 and also viking..

You already passed the Hornet M2 and Dictator M2 ranks long ago, so I wouldn 't choose one of them.

 

Yep to Wasp M2, maybe Titan M2 if you are into heavy hulls. (Titan M2 is a great defender and ofcourse a "DMachine")

 

The Wasp M2 IMO is great with Smoky M2 and Isida M2 and ok with the Freeze and Thunder.

I like Freeze very much, and have mainly used Freeze all the way until now (Which is M1)... I will buy freeze at M2, then freeze M3 using freeze most of the journey... Should I MU M2 Freeze or keep it clean for 10 ranks until Major General? Also what's best hull for Freeze from WO 5 all the way to Major General? (And maybe beyond) Hornet, Viking, Hunter or Wasp? Also, what's the recommended paint I should use using Freeze combos? :)

Consider when you hit a Wasp with a Rail: the victim almost flips, at the very least losing control of their hull for a few seconds. With Hornet, the hull may be knocked off course, but rarely do you flip...

Hornet is much more stable than the Wasp with Twins and Ricochet.

 

It 's not impossible, but combining an unstable hull like the Wasp with destabilizing turrets

like Twins or Ricochet does not seem be very logic or smart.

(Rail for example is even more destabilizing, but you have plenty of time to get your hull in the right

position again for the next shot: not so with Twins and the Rico)

 

Don 't have experience with Hornet/Twins myself, but I met some skilled players with this combo and it

can surely rock. And especially light hulls gét rocked...

Quickly closing in for the attack is good, but you always have to be in one line with your opponent with Twins

so you can expect some counter fire.

The Twins normally performs better with a medium or heavy hull.

 

Hornet/Rico can be very effective, as long as you take cover (which you can do very fast) during a reload.

I see many players with this combo that fail to do this.

They should have better equipped a heavier hull.

 

From these two combo 's I would prefer the Hornet/Rico.

Keeping the Freeze M2 clean till MJ General: than I wish you good luck, because you ''ll need it. ;)

 

The gap between the very early M2 Freeze and the Freeze M3 is really huge. Even if you fully MU the Freeze M2 's 

damage your in for a very hard time till Freeze M3.

 

If you were to take on this endeavour I personally would recommend the Hornet. It "ranks" very nice and steady.

It has plenty of speed which you need with a close-range weapon IMO, and because of the Freeze effect you can

afford to have wider "circling" around your opponent. 

The Wasp is a lot better in tight turning, but lacks HP: certainly at the time that you are already driving around with the Hornet M2

and the Wasper has to wait till Colonel till his M2...

 

My best friend who is a superb Wasp-Freeze and Wasp/Rail non-buyer, has done it with the Wasp/Freeze from M2 till M3

and would recommend the Wasp with the Freeze.

That 's also why I know from firsthand it becomes a very hard struggle with the Freeze M2 when your past halfway.

The Freeze M2 becomes very underpowered. Paints like Python and Inferno aren 't helpfull either...

 

So I would personally advice you to take another combo when you begin to feel that it becomes a struggle with the Freeze M2.

But for now: (soon) enjoy it! :)

The unstability combined with the speed is what MAKES the Wasp so exciting! That constant thrill... living on the edge! Hornet is too 'tamed'... ;)

Hey guys, I'm a noob but can you help me? So currently, i have m1 isida, firebird, hornet, and viking. Right now, i am debating what should be my main. Should i use m1 railgun (cuase 1 hit kill on almost every noob when microed) or should i buy m1 thunder? i like rail because it is really OP but i like thunder because it is versitile. Which one? (i am also considering m1 rico) Also, i have 29k gems. :lol:

I get that, I use the Wasp with its flipability myself too. That speed, braking and tight turning is unchallenged!

 

But often I rather prefer to use that "tamed" Hornet, because it IS more stable and has more HP: IMO also results count.

If I clearly perform better at this moment with the Hornet that will also add to my "fun".

 

More clearly. The Viking is too slow (maybe even stable) for my taste, but combine it with Thunder and go straight

into the thick of any battle with it: and you 'll experience another kind of excitement. Just as thrilling IMO!

Unfortunately, Smoky m2 is not until colonel. Is it still reccomended I save and wait for it? Even if at new years sale i'll probably be a LT. Colonel, and therefore will have to wait for another sale? So, firstly, this would mean I would not get much besides maybe some sort of pass or something cheap at new years. Otherwise I could get Firebird m2 at that sale, if we have one. Continuing with the Smoky path, depending how far the next sale is, I would probably have over enough crystals for a good sale on it, so it could be a head start on m3s. This leads onto another alternative, I just drop everything and save for m3s, even if they are a long way away. I'm open to ideas. It's just to think ahead, because my decisions may change with time. Thank you!
