What to buy? Which is better?

Hey guys! I wanna buy my first m3 this new year sale

I am confused between thunder m3 and isida m3.

So what is better?

I have 50k crystals right now

I usually play ctf and dm battles and XPs

I was planning to buy thunder m3 but two reasons made me confused.

1. There are MANY thunder paints out there but lesser isida paints.

2. Isida seema very deadly with viking and hornet, and I can say that because i have been using isida m2 for a while and also saw my clan leader dominating with it

So what should i do?

Also i have viking wasp and hornet m2

I usually play in midfield in ctf battles or sometimes attack/defend too

I play in polygon silence sandbox

For Christmas Sale I'm going to buy Thunder M1 and Corrosion on my WO4 account and I have 70K Crystals.

But after playing with Hammer M0 on my lower acc I really liked it and was thinking about buying Hammer M1 as well.

 

My main concern is that if I won't have enough crystals to buy Thunder M2+Viking M2 when I reach their ranks.

So should I buy Hammer M1?

you have loads of time till getting thunder and viking m2 buy them all and re-save up

Get Hornet m3

You have good turrets and great paints and Hornet m3 is an awesome m3. It works well with all your turrets :)

Im not sure 50k is enough for either but if you were to go with one i would say Isida. Its suits your hulls well and as you said is very deadly and there are very few paints vs it

I don't think 50,000 crystals is enough. . . .

 

But since you play DM/CTF, Thunder would cater to both.

However, you did give noticeable praise to Isida M3 saying it seems deadly with Hornet/Viking. It actually is deadly though. :P

 

If you think you can adapt to Thunder and use it well, then go for it. But true, there are many paints out there that protect from it. But in the end it's your choice if you want to take that risk or not. I guess you can just switch to another gun in the midst of the battle if Thunder-Paints become too populated. I myself plan to get Emerald paint. :D

 

If you don't think you'll get bored of Isida, and like using it, and can use it effectively, then go for it. The most important thing is to not get a boring gun which you will forget about, making it a waste of crystals. Have fun with it.

Hornet M3 is a great hull and with a few MU it becomes so much better (i spent 20k and got around +20 hp)

 

Hornet also pairs up nicely with Thunder. It is fast and deadly. It is best for attacking from a distance then going in quick for the flag/cp ect. 

 

Emerald with this combo it like icing to a cake. It completes it and makes it look amazing while being amazing (not sure how it tastes though). It means you can get closer to your enemys and the self damage doesnt affect you that much. 

 

 

Iribis: You dont see many attackig isidas atound so there is no need for it  

Dictator m2: Good hull but Viking totally outclasses it 

Viking m2: This is a great hull and works great with thunder. If you deside against hornet this is the next best thing

• M2 Railgun <--- Great weapon but there are too many rail protections out there IMO. Get this if you love XP/BP
• M1  Hammer <--- Its an m1. Your at an m2 rank. No need
• M2 Hornet <--- Yes!!! Amazing hull that fits with every turret
• Spark <--- Good paint but ricochet starts to become rare towards my rank
• Heavy MUs on M2 Hunter <--- You shouldnt micro non m3 equipment heavily
• Heavy MUs on Digital <--- You dont need heavy but a few on rail will do the trick
• Heavy MUs on Rustle <--- No point as rustle isnt the greatest paint ever

I check the stats, and it's only about 30 hp higher. Not to mention it's slower.

 

A few days ago I played with Mammoth/Railgun, and I kept flipping an enemy M3 Hornet so many times very easily with shots to his turret.

So it made me very doubtful about its stability.

 

If I do get Hornet M3 though, I do have M2 Railgun to pair with it. I plan on starting to use Railgun M2 more again.

I used Forester until I got my hands on the mighty Digital paint. It's a pretty decent paint in my opinion.

I agree. If you are in search of protection of Railgun, Forester is probably best for your rank; possibly a few MU's.

What m1 turret should I use till I get m2 smoky? since it unlocks at colonel. I like long ranged

if u play in short range maps thenfire m1 if in long rail or shaft m1 if in medium then Rico m1 , thunder m1 , smoky m1. Ur choice !

I played on a friends account who has wasp m2 and hornet m3. I would much prefer Hornet as it is more stable (even after update) and has great health for its speed. Wasp is to delicate IMO and when faced with nearly any turret it can easily be knocked off aim. This is just my opinion remember but what you say is true. Both are easily flipped but thats the reality of xp/bps these days

 

+ If you do get thunder then wasp thunder isnt really the most effective combo on the battlefield

Honestly the problem i have here is the paints, it seems like everybody has prodigy or emerald thanks to the  :angry: medium tank M2 kit  :angry: and i dont know what to choose. I like both weapons and i even bought thunder m2 on sale. The only problems i found annoying is the long reload of railgun and the self damage of thunder but i can work around that (unlike the paints). 

 

So what do you guys suggest? :)

If you can buy Thunder M3 go ahead ! His splash dmg make now to earn easy points in maps . So , buy Thunder and Cedar if you can , and thx me later :)
