thanks fr ur reply....i have rail and thunder m1...i'm skilled with using both of them....my rail is MU..i was thinking about thunder because it as good for drugging :P and getting some quick crystals...tough some times i do xp pro battles...

you are not a drugger. but get thunder u can get ur first m3 turret early :p

freeze and if you want more xp and rank up soon, isida. but freeze m1 is powerful then isida m1.

It's awesome to see that you are trying to plan out your career in Tanki :) and that's awesome. Isida m2 with Hornet m2 is an awesome turret to use to rank up quickly. You have the option of healing your teammates as well as attacking your opponents and capturing flags. Now, what to get for in the future. If i were you, the next hull you should get should be a heavier hull, such as viking, titan, or mammoth. This will allow you to have a greater variety in gameplay. I recommend you by Viking just because it is extremely sturdy, works with almost every turret in the game, and with drugs on, it is a BEAST!!!!! Getting m2 Rail and m2 Smoky are also excellent turrets to get. M2 rail will work very well with your hornet m2. This combo is considered one of the best combos in the game plus you can take part in XP battles (rail hornet battles) and most m2 clans would be willing to accept you into their clan. M2 smoky is also a great turret to get because it is one of the best m2s in the game, especially with its critical hit. A smoky m2 on drugs can easily destroy an m2 hornet in 2-3 shots. 

 

Wasp isn't the best choice to get m2-m3 unless you love to parkour and ....mess around in battles. It isn't really the hull to rely on to win with in battle. It is amazing and very useful in parkour though. I bot m2 wasp and well, I don't use it that much, although it is a good replacement for m2 hornet just because it has basically the same health and faster......but m3 hornet is unlocked just after 2 ranks of m2 wasp being unlocked.

 

Now, in terms of getting m3s in the game, your plan will be perfectly balanced out. Isida m3 is unlocked at Brigaider. Hornet m3 is unlocked at 2-stars. Viking m3 is unlocked at 3-stars. Railgun m3 is unlocked at 4-stars. And Smoky m3 is unlocked at Marshal. From Marshal to Generalissimo, you'll have access to buy awesome and the most powerful paints in the game.

Hmm... Now that I think about it, I might get M3 Thunder rather than M2 Smoky. IMO M3 Thunder + M3 Viking with drugs is a killer combo. I tried it out on the test server a while back and it was a awesome with drugs, so I might get M2 + M3 Thunder instead of M2 + M3 Smoky.

The christmass sale on turrets is tommorrow and i need to decide. Is railgun m2 worth buying. I am already planning on buying smoky m2 and firebird m2 but the amount of paints that i see against railgun is big. Tundra is the most common followed by prodigi and sometimes digital. i always liked railgun but is it worth buying because of all these paints.

 

Pls answer quickly because of the sale tomorrow. Thx in advance :)

If you're really into clans, play XP battles, and can afford it, then yes buy it.

I am in a clan but not much into xp battles. The main reason why i would consider buying railgun m2 is for playstyle. I cant use smoky every day, so is it still worth buying or should i just save up for m3s

Get Hornet m1 but nothing else. Isida is great with Hornet and getting it m1 gives you a headstart on when you want it m2. I assume you have isida m1 so you dont really need another turret in the mean time.

Freeze M1. It's a lot more powerful than Isida M1 if you know how to use it properly.

Freeze m1 is a really powerful turret and is great when paired with hornet. It is great id you attack alone and are especially aggressive. 

 

If you wanna rank faster and dont mind not getting kills or playing in defence/midfield then isida is good. 

 

Looking into th future, Isida m2 is more powerful than freeze m2 IMO so isida would be a better choice for the future although freeze m1 is still great at m2.

Long Term Plan: M2 + M3 Smoky/Viking vs M2 + M3 Thunder/Viking? I need some help deciding between the two combos...

 

(M2 + M3 Hornet/Isida are coming standard, that's for sure)

 

*Hornet's price is too much to resist. So cheap and more stable! Plus, M3 Hornet unlocks at Major General, only 2 ranks after Colonial, where M2 Wasp unlocks.

 

So, the final question: Viking/Smoky or Viking/Thunder? Which is a better combo?
