Well I Didnt Bought M2 Hornet at Sale i just bought Hornet M1 and Thundra and Railgun M1 :P

Why not have a go with Hammer? It seens way to OP at the moment so take advantage of that :)

Thunder is better at long range, due to high damage over longer distances; and splash damage that causes you to take damage if you're to close. It is also good at cluttered spaces, where it can deal indirect damage because of that same splash damage.

 

Hammer is best at short range where all the pellets will hit the tank, you need to be in clear sight to do that though.

Short to medium maps with plenty of open spaces are good for Hammer.

 

So two totally different weapons, you should pick the right maps, favorite maps, or those where you think you will get great scores.

I still use both and i still think they are amazing. Because you have hunter then i would say smoky would be better than firebird. I used to use hunter with smoky sometimes and it was a pretty good combo. Good speed and good health and its hard to tip or push. Also i think smpky will take you firther into the m3 ranks than firebird

I reckon you already have Rail M2? If so, I would recommend getting Viking M2 and/or Titan M2. But I doubt you'll be getting the former since Hunter users generally despise Viking... :D Titan's gonna be a pretty good hull for Smoky and Thunder of yours. Firebird M2 coupled with Titan M2 combo can be very devastating when used in DMs(especially Polygon) - a point worth mentioning.

Railgun M2 is decent with Hunter. Consider that.

What I do is first get a hull so I can survive against the turrets then work towards whats on your list. For example when I got to Major General i got hornet m3 and then started on the rest of my buy list. If you already have a hull m3 then i would recommend a turret unless you are waiting for a later turret.

These are two very different turrets. It really depends on whether you prefer medium-long range (Thunder) or close range battle (Freeze). Viking is a versatile medium hull which I would recommend for either of these turrets.

Digital for me has been worth every crystal i spent on it. When i got it i did a few micro upgrades and then with my m2 hornet could withstand 2 rail m2 shots with ease. It is often underrated because it isnt considered a better value than Tundra. Also because of the Med m2 kit with prodigi, hardly anyone got it. To me it is an awesome paint and stands out over all other paints of its price range 

 

 

Beware!!! If this is your first decent rail paint it will be tough to go back to a non rail paint :P

But not against shafts :(

And if i buy digi,its like throwing away my tundra and the around 22k hard earned crys ive spent on it :wacko:

Shafts may be a problem around your rank but when you get higher they dont appear often. Just stick with tundra and instead of buying digital get an m2

MU'ing is useless after a few upgrades at m2 and below so go for hammer. Wait for a sale though so you save a ton of cry

I wouldnt recommend hunter m2 as m3 is unlocked really late. Instead go for hornet or viking as they are much earlier. Corrosion is a good paint and some commanders and generalissimos still use it
