OK, so I have the decision to make out of the two, Hornet M3 or Emerald.

 

At first I was going to go for emerald as I've got thunder and the splash was annoying but since I've been playing XP quite a lot I had been thinking about getting hornet M3. I currently use Thunder M3 with viking M2. I'm really uncertain on what I should get as i'm getting close to the next rank, Major General. 

I would tell you to buy thunder m3, which you already did, so make it m4 :P. It's the best.

And then vik, as splitt said. (Maybe emerald, good to have it while m4 thunder)

What's the best weapon to pair with Hornet M1 Viking/Hornet in Polygon CPs? Twins M1, Thunder M1, M2 freeze or Isida? (Would like to plan for future sales, along with Tundra/Cedar & maybe hornet m2) :)

At your rank M2s are becoming very common.If you have M1 Freeze you do not need to get M2 Freeze as it isn't much better than the M1 version.

Personally, my opinion would be to either get M2 Isida or M1 Thunder.

If you don't like short-ranged turrets, M2 Isida is not for you(The healing also gets boring sometimes).

Overall, go for Thunder if you like Long+ranged and play the role of a Midfielder.It will also be a nice complement

to your M1 Viking. Viking-Thunder is an amazing combination

and should not be underestimated.It is also good in Polygon CPs.

 

My opinion, would be to buy the M2 close-ranged turrets only if you use them well.If you like healing,

M2 Isida for sure.

 

It comes down to what you prefer, Short-ranged turrets or long-ranged turrets.(For short ranged M2 Isida and for long range i would reccomend M1 Thunder,also if you buy M1 Thunder Save up for M2 Thunder along with Cedar and Hornet M2.)

 

In the end, It is entirely your choice, to buy which turret.(Also, keep in mind if you do decide to get Isida or Freeze, get Tundra as you will be very vulnerable to Railguns.)

Yeah, I'm planning to get viking M3 and then MU it.

I've already halfway on the damage to to getting it to M4 and a bit on the reload.

If you have M3 combo and a good paint then you are good to go, otherwise be patient and buy important things first:

 

Turret>Hull>Paint>Supply

I would stick with your Viking then, Emerald has decent protection from your own gun aswell.

Hmm, this is a hard one.

 

Hunter is not the ideal hull in those maps, but I guess Smoky would fit you better because you're likely to get damaged by your own splash damage if you use Thunder.

Anything that isn't Monte Carlo or Skyscrapers. If you choose those two maps your damage is like using pre-Update 207 Thunder.

Rather a paint, m1 freeze is a bit underpowered at your rank, seeing as you will be playing VS m2 s.

I dont know what to buy... i hav dictator m2,freeze m2,rail m2 and hornet m2,and many m1.

I want to buy something on 50% valentines day,i hav 52 k plus i will get 50 k more from a friend and i wil rank up and get 14 000

Should i buy viking m2? IF YES i will buy with viking: or firebird m2 or tunder m2 i cant deside and even if i buy all 3 i will still miss like 50 k..

@Mislav:- Do you plan on using your Dictator M2 all the way to Hornet M3? If yes, Then buy Fire and Thunder M2 both.They will be very dangerous on your Dictator. Thunder M2 has an early rank upgrade to M3.Only two ranks away.

Buy Viking M2 only if you want to get an early M3 Medium hull, and you do not want to stick with Dictator.

 

If you plan on using Dictator till Hornet M3, Then buy a good Thunder paint such as Emerald.( If you have Rustle, then great!, you can save for other M3s while using it :) )

 

The other option, is to buy Smoky M2.It is the most powerful M2 and can last long into M3 stages.Goes well with Dictator and Hornet too.

 

Also, note that if you go with Viking, you will need to buy another Turret as well, since none of your turrets fit with Viking.

 

If you go with Viking, then your plan should be to get Thunder M2 and then upgrade them to M3. Buy a good Thunder Paint as well.( Emerald).

Thunder-Viking is an Amazing combo which is very dangerous in Polygon and other Medium-Sized Maps.

 

Overall, the 2nd choice is better though with the 1st one, you will have a variety of M2 turrets and M3 Thunder as well.

If you like having a variety of turrets, the 1st option is better.

If you want an Early M3 Combo which is versatile, then 2nd option for sure!
