What to buy? Which is better?

Should I get Shaft M2 when there is a 50% off sale or a special on Shaft? My style is sniping so you won't find me flag capturing. When I play with higher ranks in maps like Noise or Silence, I just sit back at the flag and defend it which is why I think Shaft would be good. When I play with my ranks, it's kinda the same story although I am a bit more mobile and adventurous in terms of where I position myself. I already have Rail M2 and I have Hornet M2 as my hull. The reason I am considering it is because of all those higher ranks with Prodigi and my Rail takes of like 15% of their health which is terrible for flag defending. 

 

So yeah, use Shaft M2 or stick with the Rail M2 and save for something else?

You Are a Defender , So YOu Should Get Shaft Or The Best For Defending Will Be Freeze .

YOu Can Get Freeze In A Sale Much Lower Than Shaft In Costs .

Progidi has shaft enough shaft protection to save hornets from getting killed by one shaft snipe shot if MUed.

 

İf you can't do "a work" with railgun, can you do that work with shaft?

 

İf your answer is "yes", buy.

 

Shaft M2 is basically OP at your rank, but M3 shaft is so near.

Thunder I think is enough for me! I have rail at m3, don't use it at all, and shaft half way to m4, don't use that either.

fire M4 is way OP. the pure damage the long after-burn and else, Ive seen some M4 fires,

I would say it depends on the maps you play. If you play on Madness like a lot of people at your rank do, then use Rico. Noise, Silence, Polygon all make a different case for each turret. I would go with Rico because it's medium range and it can give you distance from Isida, Firebird, and Freeze users. This is advice coming from a Rail user who has a Rico M2 and likes distance between he and his opponent.

They both are highly valuable weapons. I suggest purchasing Railgun. There will always be time for Thunder. :)

Yeah, I quite like Rico, leaning towards it right now :) not entirely sure abou pt how good it is on madness though! Seems like a thunder/rail/shaft map to me!

That is what the stats say. I don't understand it either. 

 

Loading my garage now, I think it is because M1 hunter unlocks after M1 Viking. I am checking on the issue.

 

Yes Viking M1 unlocks at WO1 armor -162, Hunter M1 unlocks at WO4 armor 167.

 

Hunter cost 30K, Viking cost 20K, so there is that issue too :)

 

Why your M1 freeze seems to work better against M1 Hunter rather than M1 Viking IDK, perhaps it is because Viking has more power,

It certainly isn't weight because Hunter weighs more at M1. You may just be fighting M0 Hunters and not M1's. 

I have not put my M1 hunter hull out in the "mud" yet, I am kinda stuck on my M1 Richo/M1 Titan combo ATM.

 

Gonna be a long slog through the Lt. ranks to M2 stuff.

Really?  I don't think so.  I kill an M1 Hunter with a full case of M1 freeze while I can't kill an M1 Viking with a full case of M1 freeze.

M1 hunter is an exception, both its speed and health are more than viking's :)
