Hi, I want yo know should I save for fire m2 or twins m2. I mainly play as midfield. My fav maps are Rio Polygon and Sandbox. These days I see lot of fires and twins so hard to decide.

Firebird is best suited for fighting in medium maps. 

 

 

any good paint to protect both thunder and rail a good amount?

I do not remember any paints but I think Corrosion would do you well. : ) Note: "I think".

Corrosion and Sandstone both offer good defense.

I am pretty sure the stats are:

Corr: 10-15-15 Rail, Thunder, Shaft 35K

Sand: 5-20-14-15 Twins, Rail, Thunder, Shaft 80K

Sandstone is basically the same paint with negligible twins protection and +10 in the rail department.

At your rank there's no real paint that offers significant protection :p corrosion is probably one of your best bets

At your rank there's no real paint that offers significant protection :P corrosion is probably one of your best bets

its rail protection is hell low :p my 37% tundra barely saves me from a DP M2 rail

Cedar can be annoying I suppose, it's probably not worth the cost though. If I were you, forget about paints and think about them later.

Assuming you have access to all items, maybe viking? That would be alright for your twins there. After, personally I like to MU and focuse on a select few, but that's up to you :p

Hi , I have Rail hornet isida freeze all m2 ,  I LOVE Rail/hornet and I LOOOOVE XP battles but i can't play in formats because i don't have any paint 20% against Rail I play XP with friends or with Randoms in RU1 you can see some Pro Sandbox CTF battles :lol:

@darkshado: i was hesitant about cedar at first, but then i bought thunder m2 and cedar, and i don't regret it at all. It serves well in cramped maps like polygon. Before that i always used tundra. For info:I have NO protection against isida, hammer :-), twins right now. Marine and lava are my best bets till now against fire and frz! I only have tundra, cedar and dragon right now with somewhat good protections.

I've been saving for Wasp M3 for quite a while now (before the New Years Sale). Now I have well over enough for Wasp M3 and just enough to change my nickname too. I really want to change my nickname. Do you think it's worth changing my nickname? I don't really have much planned. Only Firebird M3 and Zeus paint.

Buying a paint just to play XP is a waste. Sandstone will not serve you too well outside of XP, unless you do some MUs. Wasp M2 is a much better choice IMO. It is very fun to use in XP and you could use 10%. Wasp is an awesome hull outside of XP and it serves well even at my rank (I happen to own it myself :P). Edited January 28, 2015 by Endurance
