What turret is good on my rank in maps like Polygon, Noise, Highland and Rio?

These medium sized maps are quite versatile. What turrets you use depends largely on your gameplay style. From short range turrets on nimble Hulls to turrets like railugn/thunder/vulcan on well armoured Hulls, anything can be skilfully used.

So since this will be a bit abaut golds and msotly i jsut need oppinions from u golds hunters.

 

So i now  i use my viking its m3 and micro ubgraded a like a third. So i have been using that like for ever and i mostly played Silence, Polygon or Iran, Noise like samll maps where viking is great. And i really good a looot of golds with no lagg ( this weekend was horible xD didnt get much only like 12 in 3 days so yea) But now i kind of got bored and i want to play big maps xD.

 

So i have now dictator m0 and wasp m1. So i was thinkig other i buy dictator to m3 or wasp to m3. I will ofc wait for 50% sales =). Well i can buy both on 50% sales cuz i already have crystals but i would really like to buy one and than ubgrade it too and buy some drugs and so. 

 

Well if i buy wasp i will be able to play large maps well all maps except like Polygon cp that is great for fund and golds. i am really great with wasp cuz i used m4 on test server + smoky and i made like 10 flips but than i reacted good and shoot the right time so i lended on wheels i was really OP xD. And wasp is than good for parkour too. And now that golds fall on weir places i would be fast enough to get them. But wasp is weak and easy to flip.

 

If i buy dictator i will play same maps as before ( kind of boring later ) but i would get most of golds. And dictator has great armor and is good on any map. but its slow on golds so hard to get gold on like serpuhov or others.

 

So what should i choose. 

 

* i would use smoky m3 on them ( wasp+smoky i tried on test server was great xD) but i could use even m3 isida,freeze,shaft,.. but mainly smoky i guess

 

Please coment a bit and help me decide till sales xD

M3 dictator. I think it is more op, especially if MU'd. Fully MU'd m3 dictator protection (330) is almost as strong as titan m3 (337.5 not MU'd). Dictator is also taller, giving you an advantage to get golds. Fully MU'd m3 protection doesn't even reach 200 (180). M3 smoky is also an op turret so it will go well combined with m3 dictator.

Thunder is perfect for all of those maps. I am an experienced thunder user and know that if you know how to use it, it is one of the most dangerous turrets. At my rank with thunder hornet M3, I almost always come 1st or 2nd. Plus it is cheap at all levels

That or rail (which is more expensive)

Actually, I think that the reload is more of a problem on small maps, because all the enemies are closer, giving you less time to reload before more come at you. Just what I think :)

this is true, but ricochet is easy to get fast kills, if you aim correctly and don't miss a lot :p i think some of the time ricochet is the best gun in the game. but i love to test out other turrets in my garage too <3 in-love with  my garage.

Yeah, I know. The reload time can easily be stopped from being a problem if you just hide effectively, but when it is a problem, it tends to be more on small maps. 

And yes, I bet you are in love with your garage. How much did you play for how long to get that?

MU critical damage and critical chance for 7 to 8 steps both, and btw don't bother with new paint

I assume you have M1 Not M0. Buy M1 if not, ASAP.  As to upgrading M1 , you get the most bang for the buck by upgrading all parameters to about mu5 to mu7. This cost 20K or so. Refer to Wiki on smoky upgrades. Past about mu7 , it is not worth it and totally upgrading Smoky M1 costs 200k+. It is a long haul to Colonel for M2 which costs 115K. Do the first good MU's (5-7), and then save for M2.

Not only that, but when you compare turrets, you have to assume everything else equal. I do not say if I am using blah blah and face a noob, I definitely win. That's comparing me with the noob, not our two turrets.

I like to think of it this way. If you have a decent D/L, especially above 1, get a better turret to increase it. If you have low D/L, then you are getting killed too easily, so get a better hull. In either case, improve your skill too. Good equipment does not play on its own.

What you said holds for every turret. It is you who can make a turret very dangerous, so invest in yourself before you invest in equipment.

This holds because the maps mentioned were not small. Rico sucks in ping-pong for example no matter how good you are, I believe.

In general, you are right, face to face, I kill thunders, hammers, smokys, even vulcans, etc. easily. The ones that are not easy to kill face to face are isida/fire/freeze. In ping-pong, you can't avoid those.

 

The funny thing is when someone is circling me to avoid my hits, and I do not miss a hit. You might as well stand still and make it easier for the two of us. :)

Being a buyer only makes it a waste of money instead of a waste of crystals. :P

I think if there is a huge sale (50+%) on MUs, it may make sense to get the first few steps if you know that doing that can make you survive a single rail hit or kill something in 3 hits instead of 4, etc. but doing it blindly is silly.
