Definetely Dictator...

Ricochet's aim skill eliminate Dictator's heigh disadvantage.

Dictator's height advantage also helps to attack higher targets.

This also can give you some angles to shot

Have pretty effective range, so doesn't need a fast hull.

But needs to move while reloading...

Personal choice, twins.

However, if you don't have a medium-ranged gun, you should prefer Ricochet.

I would get Isida. I don't really buy paints, (unless it's 50% off) and it helps a lot in saving.

It makes a big difference at longer ranges. Hammers range has been crippled

The range was not touched. The change in cone angle scatters the bullets about a meter wider at maximum range for M3+, which is 70 meters.

If you are hitting one tank at that range, the damage it gets will be 4/5 * 6/7 of previous damage (70%). For ranges less than 20 meters, it is negligible. Looking at it this way, it makes a difference at long ranges.

Completely up to you, you can buy XP combo in 2 weeks or on Tanki Online's birthday. Either way you'll have the XP combo. However if you do wait, there is a chance you can get it even cheaper then the May sale. Also you have a while to go till you're a high enough rank to have M2/M2; so you can play in XP format battles.

Definite wait and buy a railgun with some combo or whatever on Mayday sale, if you can stand playing with stupid  failgun. Which many are going to do as the increase in ROF for failgun is way too fast.

 

If tanki wanted to make the game in a BP/XP game , that update will about do it.

Well there's a sale coming up soon so get it then, going for viking M1 would be a good option also if you have so many M1s start saving for a M2, don't get anymore M1 modifications.
