I can't see why you'd buy Viking. Although Taiga is a good paint, I suggest that you buy nothing (of these) at this point. Try to figure out something either within 2 weeks or by Tanki's birthday, such as Thunder, Rico, or Hammer.

This is a tough question. We don't have anything to work with. Theoretically, all turrets, hulls, and kits are excellent in some situation or another. You need to say something about where or how you want to use them.

I have taiga and never user it, I don't think its an amazing paint, there are more useful ones.

 

I would get viking, and pump MUs into it. Viking is a great hull, and you need one at m3 at least! Another thing I would say is shaft is fairly limited in terms of usage, so I would think about getting another weapon to m3.

Rustle would do great,  Rhino next rank does significant work against

the new jackhammer uprising,(7k crys for it to go 30=>36%) tho the vulc protection might be not as useful.

Twins if you use Mammy - Best for Defence or DM

Isida is you use any hull from viking to wasp - Will spend more time healing than capturing or killing 

Rail if you use wasp or hornet - A attacking combo with good speed but is very overused 

Hammer with Dictator and lighter hulls - Just OP

Thunder with any - Great for any position

It depends on your style of play

I gave you the best hull for that turret (IMO) and how it is used effectivly

 

You could just save for M2 freeze

Okay, I'm upgrading Hammer damage significantly, and a little on reload. I'm upgrading only Viking's health, significantly. I will be upgrading both damage and reload on Thunder, lightly. Can someone give me precise numbers on how many times I should upgrade each parameter, (totaling around 60k with the upcoming MU sale) because aside from my Rail's damage a while back and a few on my Thunder, I don't have any experience micro upgrading. 

If you have any M3 that you plan on upgrading, I strongly suggest looking at the Wiki, because at a certain step in most M3s, Instant MUs are cheaper than regular ones.
