Ive got stinger kit (isida and hornet m2), and play basically all gamemodes except tdm. My goal for turrets is to have, apart from isida, ricochet, thunder, vulcan and rail.

You are more experienced than me, but I would prefer 1, 2 or 5

2 would be good for crystals

5 is the most versatile choice

1 contains also another combination

 

My choice is 2, because you can save lots of crystals with one-point CP battles with this combo, after you can get other anythink.

I'd wait and get M1+M2 Dict at 3 dime and June Discount. Buy thunder or rico for it. M2 of course

 

Buy a rail for Hornet/hunter.

 

Thunder/rico also work good on Hunter.

Considering Ricochet and Thunder just got hella OP after the update, M3.5 Viking with Rico and Clay MUs on Thunder mainly would be perfect.

 

Or if this isn't your preferred option, you could get Dictator M3 with Rico and Clay or get M3 Mammoth-Twins with Rock,but don't forget to put a few MUs on Rock.

Rail m2 and hornet m3 or Viking m2 and hammer m2?

If you get Rail m2 and Hornet m3, you've unlocked a new format battle actually. :P You can start playing XP battles. :) Beside the XP-battles, Railgun m2 isn't such a great choice in my opinion. It doesn't hit enough to face high ranked players. If you get Railgun m3 after Ranking up twice, buying Railgun m2 now is worth it. Railgun fits perfectly on Hornet and Hornet/Railgun m3 is an effective and enjoyable combo to play with. Railgun m2 is just a bit too weak.

 

Viking m2 is a great hull. It's the perfect Medium hull that can be used in any kind of battle both to attack and defend. I, personally, am not such a big fan of Hammer (m2). You need to get relatively close to your opponents in order to hurt them decently. The spread of the bullets is one huge negative point. The farther you're from your enemies, the less bullets will hit them. You can fire 3 fast shots, but then you need to reload quite slowly while standing close to your opponents, so you're an easy prey for them.

 

This being said, I'd go for Railgun and Hornet.

 

M1 isida or M1 Ricochet?

I'd go for Ricochet m1. It offers a funnier gameplay in my opinion and it's slightly better than Isida m1.

Can a M4 Isi user tell me how much does it differ in reload M3/+ ? does it affect it too much?

I instantly Micro-Upgraded the reload of my Isida m3 to 18/24.

Immediately after Micro-Upgrading it, I joined a battle to test the difference, and the faster reload time was (a bit) noticeable. :) When I'm fighting against another Isida (without MUs), it's clear that I'm the first to start firing again.

- How long does Hunter m2 last for? It's the top hull I'm thinking of buying, but it's got a late m3 unlock... Hunter > Viking, but I'm making buying Viking an option. It has an earlier unlock, and that's very important since I will be using medium hull(s) most often.

 

- I want to have in my garage turret-wise Isida (I already have m2), Twins, Rico, Thunder, Vulcan and Rail, but that's too much. What should I get rid of? :(
