Should I fully micro upgrade my railgun M2 so it can turn into M3, only because of new update, or shall i just buy railgun m3?

 

 

How much would it cost to fully micro upgrade my railgun m2? This is without sales and speed up of course.

i didnt knew that. I watched a few vids and only saw 1v1 flag. But if it can be more then 1v1 i want to try it, when i get m1 rail+m1hornet

Actually, you need at least m2 rail and hornet to try out xp battles.

I was thinking of making Thunder M4, but at higher ranks, there's too many Anti- Thunder paints out there. I'm having a hard time with +6 MUs on attack power only there =/ But I really love Thunder in use with Poly CP, so I'm not sure... Should I just go ahead and make this M4, no matter what?

I have four possibilities for you:

 

1 - Vulcan M1/Titan M1/Storm = 21,650

      This combo works best with a friendly Isida nearby, and is meant for mid-long range support and defense. Requires some skill with handling Vulcan, as it is not the easiest of turrets to master. Titan is slow, but it has the HP to handle some self-induced damage as a result of overheating.

      (Swap Titan M1 for Dictator M1 if you can make Warrant Officer 3; price changes to 32,000)

 

2 - Hammer M1/Viking M1/Magma = 29,650

     This combo is more for short-medium range, but can be used for attacking or defending.

     (If you make Warrant Officer 4 by sale, swap Viking M1 for Hunter M1; price changes to 34,950.)

 

3 - Thunder M1/Viking M1/Corrosion = 37,575

     This combo can be used to attack, defend, or support you teammates. The most versatile combo.

     (This option is only if you manage to make WO4 by the sale. The price is a fair amount above your stated budget, but you should be able to get 7000 crystals if you manage to rank twice.)

 

4 - Ricochet M1/Dictator M1/(Selective) = 25,000 + (Selective)

     This combo will be a beast in whatever mode you play in, best for medium and small maps. Good for anything.

     (This combo assumes that you rank to WO3. Paint is left as (Selective) for you to choose a paint that protects against which ever turret annoys you the most. Final price varies by the paint you select. Pick based upon your preferred playing style.)

Yeah, I also say freeze because it goes well with hornet, and you can pwn all the mammoths with the freeze effect.

I think M1 Hornet is fine, but go for M2 Hunter when you can. Then either fully upgrade it or get Viking because Hunter M3 unlocks at .

I think i will buy m1 hornet after i buy m1 rico. i will wait till a 25% off sale before i buy m1 hornet and ill start MU my dragon paint to fully upgraded

Which is better ,thunder or hammer?

I prefer Thunder. Hammer loses too much of its power when the distance between you and your opponent gets bigger due to the spread of the bullets. After three shots, you need to reload which takes quite some time, while standing rather close to your enemies, which makes you an easy prey for them. :P That's why I don't really like Hammer.

I'd suggest Viking with Ricochet.

Fully micro-upgrading Railgun m2 without sales or speed ups will cost you 436 601 crystals. If you buy Railgun m3 without micro-upgrading any parameter of your Railgun m2, it'll cost you 218 300 crystals without a sale.

 

Therefore buying Railgun m3 without micro-upgrading Railgung m2 is way more profitable, so I'd buy Railgun m3 straight away instead of micro-upgradin Railgun m2.

I think you should buy m1 viking because you have mammuth and hornet.. heavy and easy.. u should buy viking cuz its faster than mammuth/have enough hp.. however twins is really strong now thanks for upgrade Edited May 26, 2015 by zilosz

For cheap you could get corrosion which is a good all around long range paint. and maybe Winter later,

 

If you are going to buy Thunder , you might as well buy Cedar now, and stick with that until possibly buying Winter, forget about cherry and emerald, unless you are seeing tons of twins, which I doubt and cedar does about as well as either of them in regards to thunder and is far cheaper

 

p.s. -forget about Vulcan , it is not the long range weapon it was. Might work at M3 as a close-in buzzsaw but I'd forget about range combat.

Shaft is boring , might as well buy Thunder..
