I got 194k Wasp M2 + M3 is about 192K Dictator M1+M2+M3 is 198k (I'm able to get remaining 4k)

Already got hornet viking and mammoth M3, but I know M2's doesn't count, M4's does.

Same question about paints. I can afford one 250+k paint, idk what to do.

IMO I should have bought rico yesterday :lol: Otherwise wait for MU sale.

Wait for them to release the update where you can skip straight to m3 on that dictator an wasp. I'd say get two paints today instead.

For the Tankers Day Sale I got M1's so:

M1's: Smokey, Firebird, Freeze, Thunder, Railgun, Hornet, Mammoth, Isida.

M0's: everything else but vulcan

Paints: Forrester, Dragon, Safari, Storm, Mary

 

what m2 should i get?

It looks like Freeze M2 is the only one you can get at your rank.

I suggest Africa because it has protection against turrets you do not have protection for. It is also well distributed, so you don't have silly 10% protection against anything.

How is Tundra? Should I sit this one out until later ranks? I'm thinking of getting it due to rails in Polygon, but means I have to lose Rustle's thunder protection when using Thunder M2.

Tundra is a very useful paint, even in the higher ranks. It is a good paint in maps like serpuhov, kungur and even in sandbox.

However, I don't often see railguns in polygon nowadays. If you want to buy a paint for polygon, I would get Rustle.Thunders and Isidas are often used in polygon CP.

I have Rustle since it came together in the kit. There are not many rails in polygon, but when they do, they always hide at the end of the map with the ramps, then they fire with DP. Or they hide at the side of the map. (The areas with red circle) Then Boom!

 

 

 

 

Rails M1-M2 is annoying which was why I considered Tundra. But I could skip it, then its best. I find short range turrets hard to deal with if they come close to the Thunder tank. Mammoth M2 cannot make a quick getaway.  -_-

 

(Rails usually are more rare become harder to find in the to ranks stage on-wards when Fire M2 then takes over to be a headache, along with Hammer M2.)

For hulls: I have all M3 except Dictator & Wasp.

 

As for Turrets without M3: I don't have Rico, Hammer, Shaft, Isida & Vulcan.

 

Most of my m3 is 25% full MU and since there is no MU sale, I have to settle for a Paint tomorrow.

 

(I'm only focusing on just 1 combo for now which is 50% Mued. In Polygon CP, a large variety of paints are needed for many situations.)

Ah, then I would go with Picasso. It may not have the best protections at first, but with a few MU's it protects about 35% against four different turrets, which is amazing (although they are more of the long range sort, so maybe not the best for Polygon?).

Actually that reminds me of the Cardinal kit which has the Picasso paint. Tankers who purchased the kit tend to rank up to quickly :)

 

However, Picasso is a mixed bag, protecting from 3 long ranged weapons (Shaft, Thunder, Rail) and Freeze. It's probably more for big maps CTF but there are also other choices to choose from: Clay (Mid Range) & Prodigi (Long Range).

 

[somehow there's no paint that protects from all 4 long ranged turrets.-Vulcan,Shaft, Rail & Thunder]

Don't buy it. Roger'll only last you a few ranks. If anything, go for Fire protection as Fire is the OP turret atm.

Paints at your rank are just a waste of crystals. I ranked all the way to major general by using metallic.

And as newbie said, if you're going to buy a paint, aim for fire protection.

I use wasp freeze M4 + zeus and I send people home, crying :D

I am an XP player, right now I have m2 hornet and fracture, m1 rail. I will buy rail asap after sail. I am also interested in hunter (I have mo) and smoky (m1) and wasp m2. However, I want to save up for legenend kit (Hornet m3, rail m3, progidi at general? 2 stars) after m2 rail. So should i buy the other m2s or wait for th over powered legend kit. As I said, I will have an m2 combo, and I am almost first lt. what should I go for?

I am still using Tundra right now, and I am halfway to Gissmo. I plan on upgrading it to Clay once I get there (it needs a few MU's though). If you want Rail and Thunder protection, go for Corrosion. not great for either, but every bit counts.

If you plan on getting the kit, make sure that you have at least one other combo (or at least turret). Sometimes all of the other team may be using a high-protection paint against your main turret, meaning you will do poorly compared to your teammates, and consequently receive fewer crystals at the end of the battle. Since Rail is a long range, go for something else, like Smoky as you mentioned (along with Firebird it is OP atm).

Wasp/Freeze is good, but you have to have a stable internet connection and no lag, otherwise you die while the lag spike corrects itself. Hornet has more health than wasp, but the turning speed (and non-drifting turning) or wasp is better, but you have to have the skill to do so.
