There is no 'best' paint in Polygon CP from personal experience. If there is, everyone would be using that. Because the situation varies a lot from battles to battles.

 

Personally I would go for Africa & Clay.

 

But considering your Isida M3 -- I would choose Lumberjack over Zeus and MU.

 

CTF Maps in general - Clay/Africa/Prodigi

CP Modes- Zeus/Clay/Africa/Rock/Lumberjack

DM/TDM- Don't really know, but I went Zeus and it was fine.

Prodigi is only good in sandbox and serprov, pretty much your going to need isida, thunder, firebird protection paints as well for CTF

Hmm, you're right. I only consider the rails,shafts and thunders that fire from a long range. Isida, Fire & Freeze protections also work in CTF  because of the Freeze-Mammy defenders/attackers. In that case, Lumberjack would be great there too.

If you are seeking for fun, wasp is the right choice. Since you already have good turrets, if you are going to buy another one I suggest ricochet, because it's powerfull.

Or... you can start MUing one turret and hull. I heard that one M4 combo at generalissimo is worth more than whole garage. But I'm doing just fine with 3 or 4 MUs on every turret and hull.

36% Against fire won't make much of a difference once you pass brigadier, and all the other protections barely make a difference either

I don't think the christmas sales will be a disappointment, i know that its every christmas sale there is 50% on crystal purchases, 50% on hulls/turrets and 50% on micro upgrades, since we haven't had one since june, so i would definitely wait

I have emerald, and I got it specifically for Poly CP. In short, I am quite disappointed though because while thunder is quite popular in battles at your rank, it soon won't be because it requires many MU's at m3 to be any good. Meanwhile, firebird and isida keep growing in popularity in Polygon. I very strongly recommend Mars my friend!

A kit with Viking m3 would be the best for you, Let it be Jackhammer, Medic, Refrigerator or Paladin. They are relatively cheap. and all turrets in the kits are good and thunder goes the best with viking.
