What to buy? Which is better?

Im not sure what to do...

 

I have got isida m3 ( its like m3,5  :lol: --> 29/50 MU'ed ), mammy m2 and roger.

 

On sales Im going to buy titan m3, wont buy any paint, because i plan to buy 2, but need generalismo rank.

 

So... I think about buying 1 turret m3, which one? 

 

Vulcan/Smoky or ... ? Mainly for Polygon/Island/Hill/Noise.

I would pick Vulcan but between Vulcan and Smoky M3 it's totally up to you

M3 Twins seems obvious to me. But you might want a heavy hull to pair it with, especially in Poly CP. Not sure what Wasp will do for you, since you already have Hornet and play Poly CP mainly. idk about Hammer though, but in general I would go for Twins, a paint, and MUs.

I agree. I now plan to get twins m3, hammer m3, and save the rest for titan m3 when I rank after that. Unless that titan/twins/Picasso kit shows up during the sale which is doubtful. I'll also jump for the Prometheus kit if it shows up during sales.Your question, I use viking/freeze as my main combo right now and manly in Poly CP. I almost always lead my team by a significant margin and if I drug either double power or armor, I am basically unstoppable unless I play gissimos, even though freeze is under powered currently. I'd say wait for fire as its more OP, but I really enjoy freeze.

 

The problem I have with Hammer is that it isn't really very ranged at all. I know it can, and does, do well, but I wanted a turret with more range. If you think I'm making a mistake, could you tell me why? Thanks.

One reason why I don't really want short range is because I already have m2 Firebird.

To be honest, thunder is just rather under powered right now because a lot of people have emerald/cedar/rustle. Also, it needs to be decently MU'd to compete at m3, and MU's just got REALLY expensive. So, again, I say hammer is a MUCH better option, especially because you like to attack.

Yeah, true. Could I ask if Hammer m2 is still doing well at your ranks, and the same question for Thunder? Thunder sounded better because of the added range; I already have Firebird. However, if Hammer is really that superior, I could allow for it instead. And yeah, I don't think I would be MU'ing them much (m2s). Thanks.

It really depends on what hull and turret you really use. Since you're generallisimo, I think that you should have at least 1 m3 by now and a decent paint, so you should probably spend them on power ups and boosts.

1. Hammer M2 and Hunter M2 + lots of MUs

Definitely third option. MUs on M2s are a bit useless. Two turrets will always be better.

Could I ask everyone (that can answer) if Hammer m2 is still doing well at the Brigadier, and various General ranks (all the star ranks), and the same question for Thunder m2? Thunder sounds better because of the added range; I already have Firebird for short. However, if Hammer is really superior, I could allow for it instead. After all, it is still semi-ranged. Still, I may as well just use Hornet only (not buy Hunter), and forget about attacks on heavily guarded bases. I really need help on this (I have got heaps of it, but all advice varies). I will buy either of these turrets during Christmas.

I play 15 minute battles only. I am in top 3 mostly..

I just calculated.

Even if I play 1.5 hours of intense Polygon CP every day till 25th Dec (38 days), with bare minimum 350 exp per 15 min battle, I can get about 79000 exp while to reach 2nd Lt. I only need about 54000. Achievable I think. :)

I will have 200k by Christmas sale. I don't have a protect paints against hammer and smoky but I have a lot of m3's. Should I get rico m3, nano paint or mu smoky and thunder m3?

I would get Nano paint, and more MUs on either Smoky or Thunder only, depending on preference. I don't really support Tiger since it's Rail protection is not used as much as Nano's Rico.

Both can work...Only that Vulcan you need a strong Anti-Fire paint..Aaand beware of Anti-Vulcan paints....Both are mid range. Rico has limited shots, so I think either Smoky/Vulcan is better than it. Especially Poly CP that has many heavy hulls. If you choose Rico, then wear Clay paint...(or something mid range.)

The price depends on the % given. Sometimes it's lower or higher. It's best an estimate.

Effectiveness of Hammer & Thunder depends on ranks you are fighting with.

Meanwhile for some reason, I still see Thunder M2s and Hammer M2s around, even at my rank...

what often maps do you play ?

 

ricochet advantages/disadvantages :

 

I say that ricochet has enough punch to ruin enemies aim but hammer has the most punch its easy for hammer to flip someone over  :P 

The bad thing about ricochet is that if you get it m2 u gotta wait till commander rank  so u gotta use it m2 it will be good for now but when you're a general 4 yellow stars ricochet is very weak at that point

 

hammer  advantages/disadvantages :

 

hammer has 3 pellets and each pellet  when shoot it reloads again and when you use all three u have a super reload that take time so if your in a fight face to face and you run out of pellets your dead -_-. any way hammer is excellent it unlocks m3 at my rank  and u can use it till generalissimo rank .

 

 

my experience tells me that at your rank liked ricochet over hammer but when u rank up hammer's better

 

 m2 rico is better thats my advice so i say go for option 2 (i've never used hunter so im not sure about it ) but option 3 is bad as 

micro-upgrades play an important role if your gun is micro-upgraded u have a greta advantage over other players so option 3 dropping micro upgrades is a bad option.

 

you can figure out what i said if u like hammer more then go fro option 1 but option 3 bad idea
