Titan + Twins vs Viking + Hammer

 

Titan + Twins is king in defence and Polygon and most small maps

Viking + Hammer is a lot more versatile though. Works well in almost every map and mode

M3 Titan is fantastic btw. It's speed and maneuverability is great for Polygon and works good with Thunder Smoky and Twins

Works well with hornet and is a good Mid-Attacking weapon

I covered the statistics in a previous topic here. Hope this is what you were looking for!

 

For Polygon CP I would recommend Viking because it is more stable, but even that depends on your turrets. For short range turrets, get Hunter for the additional speed. For medium/long range turrets get Viking for the additional HP.

 

P.S. I simply split-screened the Wiki on both hulls to compare the two.

If you have the cry without buying, go for raiden. If not, I say for sure get viking m3 now as it suits your turrets and you could make back the crystals before christmas sale.

Either smoky or thunder, as smoky has a fast shot, and thunder has splash, which is useful in noise due to all of the objects that are everywhere.

Don't buy the viking before sale... it would be a waste. Get the raiden if you are gonna use the thunder that comes with it, if not buy the viking on sale. :)

I can buy Vik m3, buy need to spend ~$30 (with DCC if I get it) for Raiden.

 

Or I can go #YOLO and get Twins m2, since Tanki X is coming out in a month anyways... :P

What distances is Thunder effective before losing most of its damage? For example, how well will it do in Stadium? In Monte Carlo, how close would I need to get for it to be nearly at its best? I probably wouldn't be using it in maps like these, but it helps if you know the turret's range. Also, I may end up playing on larger maps for missions, or friend requests. Thanks!

The maps you mentioned (Monte Carlo and Stadium) are horrible for Thunder. Thunder is the best for medium and somewhat small maps; one good example is Polygon. In Sandbox due to small team sizes, Thunder is tied with Smoky in strength (imo), but in really small maps like Island, short range turrets are better. To answer your question about its range, I would say that the length of Sandbox is where its most effective (prob a bit shorter) although I find thunder somewhat usable in large map like kungur.
