What to buy? Which is better?

M2 smoky is basically m3 thunder minus the splash damage. And my dream combo is mammoth+smoky M4 + zuse or graffiti

I have no idea why Raiden is even a kit. It is soooo mainstream and super obtainable without the kit. Not to mention that its pretty trash unless you're m4 or something

Well mammoth+smoky is my current favorite combo and I absolutely love it I can survive anything ,plus m3 Titan isn't that much faster then mammoth m3

I think I'll get Cardinal kit. Twins and Titan are awesome, and I need a long range paint, Picasso.

 

I think I'll add Hammer m3 and a paint as well. 

 

The turrets that annoy me in decreasing order:

- Isida

- Twins

- Fire

- Hammer

- Vulcan

 

My thoughts were on Mars or Taiga, and I want your opinion. 

 

EDIT: My dream paint is Africa, so maybe going with Taiga would be a better option...

If you play well with Vulcan and have a good hull for it, then I would say it is worth the buy. Otherwise, kits are good, so maybe save for one of them. Anyway, you have a while until the sales - over 2 weeks - so see how you go crystal-wise.

Your profile shows that you will soon need an M2 turret (and hull). Twins can still survive at your rank, so there isn't really a need to quickly buy anything; you also need to rank up a bit, too. See how you go, and take whatever you prefer.

Don't buy Vulcan M2 yet cause it will be able to wait right now if u want to get dictator M2 as soon as possible buy the stinger kit when it comes around or better yet wait for the Christmas sale and buy both cause with 50% sale for both it would cost 41.350 + 34.000 = 75.350 crystals and even with a 40% sale its a great deal for both of them. So I would suggest waiting for the Christmas sale and buying these two turrets

I'd say Viking M1, I still use it at my rank and it's fine. Won't need to upgrade your medium hull for a while if you get it on this sale.

So what do people think, I'm tossing up between M2 Railgun and get a better hull later (probably M2 Viking next sale) or M2 Dictator now. I'm leaning towards the Rail because my M1 Viking has a bunch of MUs on it (29/50) from when MUs came out and were actually good, so my Viking is like M1.5. Also, I'm finding that I am avoiding certain maps and areas because of the situational nature of Thunder, and I think Rail is a little more versitile. Another minor contender is M2 Hornet, which I could end up buying alongside Rail if I get enough crystals by the sale.

Well in my opinion M2 Vulcan isn't very good unless u only face wasps and hornets. So in my opinion yeah wait for a different kit to come around like stinger or maybe boar depending on how much it is and what rank it unlocks at

Definitly try go for the Rail and Hornet option. They pair insanely well together and can work in almost every map. It also opens up the XP/BP side of tanki for you to play with.

Yeah I've been interested in the combo for a while now, but what one to get first? Probably Hornet because a change of speed would be great, but I love Rail too... Ideally I'll be able to get both on the sale I suppose.

You need a new hull so go for Hornet first. You should be able to get them both by the Sale though :)

Okay, I have an update:

I'm going to buy $100 worth of crystals on DoubleCrystalCard, brining me to around 950k crystals. (358k*2=712k+240k=252k)

 

So with this 950k I'm going to get:

 

"Jackhammer" Kit (363,840, 40% off, not including holiday sale, but the kit will run out holiday sale)

-Hammer M3

-Viking M3

-Tiger

 

"Legend" Kit (369,915, 35% off, not includingholiday sale, but the kit will run out holiday sale)

-Railgun M3

-Hornet M3

-Prodigi

 

I will also get m3 isida (83,450 on holiday sale).

 

All this adds up to 363,840+369,915+83,450=817,205 leaving around 130k.

 

I think this will be the big buy of my tanki carrer for atleast 1 year or so. These paints will last me until Generalissimo and the hull & turrets should last me for a long time.

 

Do you guys think that this is a good idea?

Dont get dicty. It only works in poly and some other samll maps. Vulcan works in more maps, but its not very versitile so id get somethin else.
