Well u have Viking m1 right now so that will last for a while. I would suggest getting railgun m1 or hammer m1 it depends on if u like sniping or attacking

+ I like using Twins much more than Smoky

+ Rock doesn't appear to be a common paint

- Still need to earn 20K to buy

- Doesn't solve problem with Emerald (e.g. sometimes I'll switch from Thunder to another turret to avoid the Emeralds on the enemy team but switching to Twins won't help much)

+ Already have Smoky

+ Can MU to around 18/20 (134K currently)

+ There are few paints with good protection from both Thunder and Smoky (so I'll be able to switch between the two)

- Zeus (popular) and Needle (somewhat popular/more popular than Rock)

- imo worse than Thunder and Twins in Poly CP

 

Just ranked, 41/50 Thunder, stock Smoky, stock Titan, Emerald Prodigi Nano 134K in the bank

Twins M3, obviously. I used it on alt on Noise with Viking M1 yesterday. Before buying the twins kit, I had 12k XP left to rank, and I ranked today by playing for a total of 3 hours with twins :mellow:

It will be paired with my m3.5+ viking and I will play almost exclusively polygon CP with a touch of island and noise. Which turret do you all recommend. Or I could no life really hard and try to make 80k crystals in 5 days once I get out of the University for break next week which is 5 days before the kits expire, and get prometheus. Thoughts?

Tough. If you ignore the 80K part, Prometheus is definitely the way to go. But even with having to earn 80K, you could definitely get Prometheus in the future when it pops up again. But at the same time, getting one of the mentioned turrets M3.6 is also very good. If I were you I would just go with Prometheus.but If you had a heavy hull I would say buy Twins and MU it .

I would get hammer m3 cause it pairs great with Viking especially at m3 and m3.5 hammer And m3.5 Viking is just OP

Well since you use twins I'm guessing you play in short to mid range maps meaning Hammer will be effective at M2 and is surely OP because at lower ranks you will find that hornets are pretty common. The play style of Hammer is very different to Twins which will have an effect on how you play. 

 

I reckon its better to have a range of play-styles, so get Hammer m2 (unless you can't afford it) in which case just go with the m2 dict and vulcan. Hunter m2 is better than m2 dictator but it'll be pretty expensive to get it so I'd suggest just sticking to what you have unless you're loaded.

 

P.S. Go with a new turret b4 a new hull in all circumstances.

Hammer is way better than Vulcan in both those maps (without drugs and with your 2 chosen hulls). I recommend waiting for hammer

 

As for Hulls, Hunter is more versatile than Dictator and works well in both maps, whether as Dictator is only really good on Polygon. Go for Hunter as well :)

Your alt looks good to go until M2s. As for a good paint, depends what kills you the most. Tundra is generally a good buy, Rail is extremely common (I myself am getting M2 if the sale is decent). Alternativly, wait for a while and buy a really good paint like Digital later on, and just hold onto your crystals.
