What should I get?

Isida m3 or Smoky m3?

I have Viking m3, Hornet m3 and I usually play in Polygon CP. 

If I buy Isida m3, I can micro-upgrade it for around 80K (ie till 15th step approx.) and then buy a 100 supplies kit.

As of now I stopped playing. Will only play in April, July and August.

Isida for Poly CP.

Smoky sucks in poly unless camping and Isida really helps the team out.

really? ive heard numerous thunder users complain on how bad it is, and i kinda agree...

Yes, I have 41/50 (you prob already know) and it sometimes makes it hard to compete. Anyways, this one guy had 48/50 Thunder and 22/50 Smoky and he said his Smoky was equal if not better than his Thunder

Also, do you get a net increase in crystals if you buy a drug kit and use them wisely?  (Specifically the 100 supplies kit).

Don't buy a drug kit now The GAME is right around the corner. In June they gave away thousands of players 200 supplies each so I think it wise not to spend 17K on drugs. Rather use them on Micro-upgrading gear you buy in the sale.

What should I buy in the coming sale? I don't have any M2's and I play mostly Rio, Kungr CTF, Poly CP, etc. Should I buy Mosquito kit or Ant kit, or wait to buy others during the sale? I have about 300K crystals.

Maybe try a short range weapon. Smoky is nice, but you have Vik so you could maybe go for Isida or Hammer
