I think I'll skip out on Prometheus. I like Lumberjack better than Zeus, and I will end up not using Hunter. It'll be smarter for me to spend my crystals elsewhere. 

 

I have 200k right now, and I think I'll be able to grind out another 100k.

 

I will purchase Smoky. Which 2 of these should I buy too?

- Wasp

- Hammer

- Freeze

- Mars

 

Mars overlaps with Lumberjack and Africa, my dream paints, but I really dislike the turrets it has protections against. 

 

Off topic: Are you able to get on top of other tanks with Hammer and Hornet? I know you can with Wasp...

M2 Hornet, Maybe M2 Isida if you have enough. If you are using Hornet at Captain and above you really need M2, most people have M2 turrets which tear up M1 Hornets no problem.

I got 25k in 1 day (around 6 hours) on my alt. A few drugs in a Poly CP will get you all the XP you need :)

Main maps: Polygon CP, Island CP, Sandbox CTF, Serphuov CTF

Twins Definitely. It is a lot more versatile than Vulcan and works well on all those maps

Wasp and Hammer. 

They pair really well and work in a range of maps. Mars isn't really worth it IMO, there are much better paints you can get later on.

 

Yes, You can get on hulls using Hornet+Hammer.

I like to defend/midfield, and I occasionally attack. I'm getting tired of having to

try to lead my shots and missing fast hulls with Rico :/

Also, the limited range is killing me. Literally and figuratively.

Rail is great at M1. I would definitely recommend it

bro killing an isida that has already reached u is little difficult. He sucks ur health anyway. 

Twins is a turret that can put up a fight with isida at short range. However, if the hull is an m3 viking is is really difficult.

On the other hand if u make sure to damage the isida before it reaches you then you have a pretty good chance to take it out when it is near you.

Don't let the isida get close to you, keep at a distance. Mars has protection against close ranged turrets, so use something that is mid-ranged or long ranged.

Guys is this risk worth it? I'm planning to spend none of my ~400k crystals on sale days this year, and instead wait for prometheus to cycle back around in January or so. But are we for sure that kits will be coming back, and the same ones at that?

I feel a bit in no man's land heading up to the supposed sale. 

 

My garage is tiny: I play, almost exclusively Smoky M2 (23/50) and Titan M2 (19/50) with Tundra (fully upgraded). I'm not sure that I can rationalize buying any M2 hull or turret unless someone can convince me otherwise. I prefer large maps with lots of players, but will play polygon or sandbox as well. I'm not into firebird or freeze, maybe twins. Hull-wise, maybe Viking.

 

Past advice regarding paints has been to wait as most of what's available at my rank becomes obsolete quickly as I rank.  Do you agree? I noticed a lot of M3 smoky's during a DM battle with a lot of very high ranks. Savannah, perhaps?

 

So...should I simply keep saving and purchase M3 kits as I progress (they may provide the best value). Should I micro upgrade what I have  (during the sale period?) even though it seems very costly to do so?

 

I'm sitting on about 185k crystal wise.

 

I appreciate any feedback.

Should I aim to go for the eyjakofokulliwjsbxoabwis kit (Vulcan, Mammy, Africa)? Unlike Hunter in the prometheus kit, I'll probably use Mammy. More in small maps and intense defending situations.

Also why does polygon CP get soo many more crys and xp then any other map? Its weird.

xp would be isida obviously. With the ability to heal your team mates you can get a ton of bp as well as xp without even seeing the enemy xD Literally two day sago with an m0 isida at this rank i got third overall. If your looking for kills then rail. If you look at my profile I play mostly with rail. I have a TON more kills then deaths.
