Thunder M2 is useless since M3 unlocks in two ranks. Get Twins, it's great. I suggest you only get Twins and save for M3s. Although I'm not sure how well Twins/Dict is

I will instead get Isida, since it has great damage and healing output, and I've seen countless battles go into the favor of a team purely because of the fact that they have an Isida. (And it's cheaper to buy and MU).

Rock, looks better and the great twins/isida protection is much more helpful than the 4 somewhat decent protections that taiga offers. I take it you plan on ranking before sale?

Hammer imo, but it depends which maps you play a lot.

Hi.

I have a question about kits and turrets and hulls. 

Should I get a kit because it looks like I get those items early but it costs so much?

I have enough, almost 11K for a couple of the early kits but not enough for the better kits.

I do not like the early kits as I feel it does not suit my needs.

I like my configuration of wasp and railgun and have been doing well with it.

Would it be better for me to upgrade what I already have or save for a certain kit?

I saw the Mosquito Kit in the kit thread, but it would take a very long time until I could get it.

I know that players with better equipment will soon beat me up as I go up the ranks and I don't want to fall far behind.

Until then, I would probably still have to keep playing smart and use cover to avoid getting one-shotted.

Maybe I should see how far I can go with what I already have?

 

Any advice is welcome.

I don't think the early kits are that great. What I did was I saved over 90k crystals since Recruit, and purchased the Stinger kit (Isida m2, Hornet m2, Fracture). By me doing so, I earned a lot of XP and crystals for future purchases. 

 

I recommend saving your crystals for a m2 kit if you really want one, or buy something like Fire m1 and Viking m1, since they are very good in those ranks.

I f I were you, I would buy m1 wasp since it is pretty good at lower ranks. I used m1 wasp for about 2 months straight until i got hornet m1. Also, get a paint like forester beacuse that is cheep and will help you for a long time. If you get enough crystals, id recommend m1 hornet and ull probably want to get m1 fire soon since it is cheep and op.

I could not find the Mosquito kit to comment on it . Best to save your crystals (Buy M1 rail, then a hull). If there was one kit I would buy at your rank and if it still exists , it would be "starter kit XL" , the paints in there alone make it a good deal.

Twins is surprisingly good in almost any map. You need a faster hull (I use Vik), and need to practice leading shots on people.

 

Viking is just awesome. Hunter is statistically better, but I hate the drifting.

 

Having an Isida on a team is almost a must. Its got some OP qualities, but I don't know if it'll fit your playstyle.

 

Get Twins for sure. If you can, get Viking too. Otherwise spend the rest on MUs

Alright, so I was gonna buy M2 Hornet M2 Rail at New Years or whenever the sale starts. BUT I have been paying close attention to the paints people use and I see a lot of Rail protection. Also, it's really mainstream and kinda boring. So I'm thinking I'll get M2 Hornet M2 Firebird (with Electra paint that I bought ages ago for no reason) and become the killer of Isidas. What do you guys think?

Buy m2 rail-hornet if you want to play in xp battles. Otherwise get fire m2. I strongly suggest getting a medium hull for it, preferably hunter or viking. :)

But the speed of Hornet... I was playing with M0 Hornet M1 Fire on my alt (storm paint) and I found it really fun. And I have M1 Viking MUed 29/50 (I did the MUs ages ago before the update that made them bad and when M2 was like 5 ranks away) so if I need a medium hull that does the job fine. ATM I'm using my Viking and M2 Thunder and I just want a change of pace.

 

EDIT: Also I want to make use of Electra and it looks better on M2 Hornet XD

The same pandemic of thunder twins and firebird. (100% chance to find each in a poly cp). Isida vulcan and ricos because of early unlock. (Isida 90% chance vulcan 65% chance rico 45% chance)

I wish Tanki Online would add a new paint that protects u from everything and is worth 500,000 crystals just like thunder XTM3 the price .It should be called Angel White and i still working how we should put the upgrades on it :)  :)
