Iron days has been -25% for the past 2 years (Feb 20). If you use Thunder, Thunder prot is essentially a must. Thus, I recommend Emerald. Get Irbis if you plan on using Fire/Vik, but I would go for Emerald if I were you. Ditch any paints under Brigadier

The only prob is emerald isnt exactly my favorite looking paint. If only I could get emerald's prots on irbis

Seriously though, the main reason I got the paints I have (except helper....) is because they look awesome as well as having good protection.

yep looks are why I want irbis. part of the thing with possibly getting emerald is that it will be the raiden kit, but I didnt buy the kit so it seems like more of a waste of money. Idk why that bothers me but it does

You wanna a generallisimo advice? Don't buy paints now. Buy them when you are a generalissimo . Focus on improving your combo first. Worry about paints later. 

You can also save for awesome kits like redneck and prometheus or maybe cardinal.

I want Generalissimo advice too. Once I buy Atlas kit, should I buy Rico M2 (since M3 is late) and which one of Vik M2 or Hornet M2? I play all maps and main turrets are Freeze, Smoky, Rico and Shaft. But I'm skipping Shaft M2 stage. Edited February 4, 2016 by Zenyth

According to the Tanki Wiki developers Plans, they are going to seperate the protection from the looks.

This will be.. good in principle.

I just wonder, howo in detail they will do it. Usually such changes cost crystals (MU upgrade, ..) or favor buyers/druggers.

Buy atlas kit and then save for m3 kits. Don't buy other m2's

I would clear up my mind what you really love to ride.. the hornet or the wasp. And then I would get only one of em, and drive only this one.

If you change often from XP to BP and vice versa, you will not be as good as if you stick to one and get real pro at it.

 

And there is no point in buying something just because it is at sale and affordable.. if you know

- that spending cr on it will make you save even longer for the item you really want

- that as soon as you have what you want, the "drive by purchase" will just catch dust in the garage.
