What to buy? Which is better?

I'm coming back to TO and I'm quite glad that I still like my old setup (Wasp, Hunter - Firebird, Hammer, Thunder: all M2)

 

But I'm really close to Brigadier so I can finally get M3s! As a result, I have a bunch of decisions. :(

 

Would you recommend that I...

 

...get M3 Thunder during a sale and use that to get to my other unlocks ASAP?

 

OR

 

...Use my combos until M3 Hammer and Wasp unlock and hopefully earn the rest (excluding Hunter) trough daily missions?

 

 

Also, should I get other paints instead of Cedar and Tundra for my rough journey into the M3 Ranks? (Excluding upgrades such as Emerald and Prodigi, respectively)

Hello there, old mate.

 

Do not get Thunder M3 unless you intend to MU it significantly. Honestly, I'm beginning to suspect that stock Thunder M3 is only useful from Lieutenant Colonel to Brigadier - when you get Bulldozer.

 

As for the other options open to you:

I'd suggest buying a M3 kit, depending on your preferred equipment and paints. You don't like Viking (am I right?) and Hunter M3 kits unlock rather late, so I would recommend Boreas - it has Wasp M3 and a nice paint, Taiga (though it may need MUs, I've heard).

 

At your rank, Tundra and Cedar will do relatively well, so I guess you could just go for the outright purchase of Hammer/Wasp M3. A close range turret paint (such as Taiga or Inferno) would be pretty nice to have, though.

You know now I'm thinking I should use Vulcan and Hunter in my combo's not so interested in Thunder anymore

As stated before, only if you like camping and not being very active for Vulcan.

I can't really tell you anything about Twins-Titan though.

i just got like 3000 crystals and also i like BP but XP is my fav

Im gonna be honest with ya, m2 wasp is waaaaaaaay better than m2 hornet. Both have about the same protection, but wasp is faster and more nimble. However, I would suggest saving for the mosquito kit to get it because it unlocks so late.
