Im in doubt: Should I buy twins m3 or smoky m3?

Most of the time I play Polycon CP. I have around 170k right now.

im not a high rank but i think u should buy what u like. twins m3 on a heavy hull in small maps is better but smoky m3 is better on medium to large maps. just pick the one u like. Also can u reply to my earlier post please. As u play poly cp i think twins m3 would be better for that map.

Now for Iron days sale should i get

m2 fire+m2 rail

m2 rail+m2 hornet

 

Or i can get either isida m3 or thunder m3 but not sure whether those two are good m3s. Also i could only buy one m2 or get a paint. 

By the way how much do u get for ranking to brigadier. sorry for bad spelling. is the sale 25%.

 

I also play lots of polygon cp 

I'd say fire m2+viking m2. Has worked for me for a long time. Or buy m3s.

Everyone I have an very important thing to say... I have finally found my way in Tanki!!

After to whole years of constantly reading guides and asking for advice and alternative accounts I finally now which combination is made for me... Ladies and gentletankers I bring you... Ricochet and Hunter! This is SOOO much fun! Thanks to a guide by Fen-Harel my Tanki life has changed. During the Irons Day Sale I'm going to start with M1 Rico. This is my one and only combo for my Tanki career.(at least until Generalissimo) its the best combo ever! Bye Bye :wub: :D

Keep saving for a kit I recommend the medic kit (isida+Viking m3 +cherry paint) as it gives you a sturdy long term combo so that you can save for other hulls/turrets

Well, play a lot of Polygon CP. You need 81k (buy it when Hornet M2, the costliest item in it is 25% off).

I need only 6k because I just got the rank-up money.

Going to get Minotaur next Friday (181k). Now I am stuck as to what to go for  :unsure:

 

1) Fire M2 at Major, then Isida M3 at Brigadier (Vik M3 and Inferno after)

 

2) Save for Medic 

 

Option 2 is better in the long run, but I really want to use Fire M2 since I have never used it on my main (or any alts)

 

PS. I don't even know if I'll be able to get my alt that high, especially since Tanki X may be coming sooner than I expect it to be :/

Twins M3. Do not even touch Smoky M3 if you play mostly Poly CP. Make sure you pair it with Titan; Twins/Titan is amazing in Poly CP, get your Twins to at least 10/50 and you'll be set :)

 

Smoky M3 is horrible for Poly CP, unless you have M4 and snipe with double dam on the ledge (like @Lord-of-the-Snipers). Smoky is long range and only hits one enemy at a time. Even though Twins only attacks one person at a time, it is made to compete with short range turrets.

If during the sale, I have enough for XP, but not my preferred BP, should I buy just Rail and hope for a PD on Wasp, or get the whole XP combo?

 

I have Hornet m2, so I could play using that, but its slower and less maneuverable than m3.

Before I say anything else - if you intend on playing lots of Poly CP, go for Cardinal. But you'll need to get another paint, since Picasso is a paint for long range maps. Smoky and Twins M3 are both tied, imo (strength wise). Basically, if you play Poly CP, get Cardinal. If you don't, get Guardian.

Don't get Isida M1, it's low tier M1. Go for a M1 hull, like Hornet M1 or viking M1. Also get a paint, like Storm, it's cheap and 20% fire is amazing :)

You shouldn't buy 3 M2 hulls. Get a turret instead.

I would advise you to buy Dictator M2, because Rico isn't at its best with Hornet. Viking M2 is better than Dictator M2 at this stage, but the maps you play are better suited for Dictator. You may want to buy a good M2 turret like Firebird M2 or Twins M2 later on.

I wasn't going to buy 3 m2 hulls, I was going to buy 1 to last me. As for your turret suggestion, will putting Mu into my rico m2 make it more efficient or will it be better to buy a second turret

Wait for the sale in about a week and you can get viking m1. Then just use what you have to save crystals and buy m2s later on.
