Try the gameplay on an alt, then save for legend if you like it.

I might be on on Friday a little bit before server re-start and I would suugest getting wasp m1 on your alt cause it is really good until about first lieutenent

The gap between m2 and m3 is quite big. M2 rico won't last that whole time.

Buy Stinger ASAP, then save for either Minotaur, Firewall, Atlas, or Northerner (depending on your play style).

I've heard that stinger kit will last easily until captain and even longer if you use it mainly for heal after that

 

As far as the best m2 kit I think Firewall and Atlas are tied

1.We have two tanks - hornet m3s,one with isida m2 and other with fire m2 (with no protection paints).Who will win,fire has little more dmg/s,but isida has leech (some kind of free repair kit) ?

 

2.We have two tanks - hornet m3s,one with isida m3 and other with fire m2 (with no protection paints).Who will win,fire has same dmg/s like isida m3,but isida has leech and it is unlocked earlyer than fire m3 ?

Trust me, Stinger is awesome. I use it with Storm paint, which you have and could use. I'm going for Atlas too, good luck to us both :D
