Skip Thunder-M2. You can get Thunder-M3 2 ranks later with the Bulldozer Kit.

The remaining turret selection depends which map(s)/mode(s) you play most often.

I'd say it's a rather underrated hull, but at M3, imo the price is worth it, only if you can master the drift; however, if you don't like drifting hulls, it isn't worth it at all.

I had Corrosion before I got sandstone in boar kit. I experienced no difference between paints. The extra 10% on rail almost does nothing. I recommend you get a specialized paint like tundra.

Judging from your top 3 turrets and hulls you could get A) Predator Kir (Thunder M1 + Hunter M1 + Jaguar ) for 50.000 crystals or C) Fujiyama Kit (Vulcan M1 + Hunter M1 + Paint ) for 54.000 crystals (the other 4k should be easy to earn between rank up bonus and battle funds) at Major Sergeant or if you are open to new equipment D) Fighter Kit (Twins M1 + Hornet M1 + Desert paint) for 44.000 crystals at Major sergeant

Thanks for your opinion, it really helped! :D I also play alot of Polygon DM and CP. In CP and DM Polygon, or in any map really, which hull should I use with Freeze M2. I like offense and support. I normally don't like sitting on the flag all day with Freeze and Mammoth. I play Rio CTF, Silence CTF, and Noise CTF as well. Which hull should go with the Freeze and my playstle.

Best hull for Freeze M2? Depends on the map/mode but in Poly CP/DM & Noise CTF, Hunter M1, definitely. Has more speed and health than Viking M1; also feels more maneuverable. Hunter tends to drift, and although some say that its drift is annoying, it actually helps with Hunter M1, because it makes the hull feel smoother. Viking M1 is slower and feels more stiff, especially when turning. As for the speed difference between Hunter M1 and Viking M1 - there is a difference. Maybe not a huge difference but a noticeable one. But in general, if you use Viking M1 with Freeze M2, it should work fine. You will be more impressed with Hunter M1’s speed and maneuverability but using Viking won’t really affect your performance.

 

In Rio CTF, Hornet M1 and Hunter M1 both work well, but I would say that Hunter slightly is better. You simply get more protection, and you can always go in and out of the buildings. Rio isn’t like Serpuhov, where there’s a good amount of open space (where Hornet’s speed will serve you better). It all comes down to whether you prefer speed or protection more.

 

In Silence CTF, I think Hunter again is your best bet. In Silence CTF, you need more support from your team to cap the flag, where in Rio many times you can run into the enemy base, take the flag, and escape. Silence also tends to have more base campers/defenders, so more protection will serve you well.

 

Also I've been planning on getting Atlas kit at Captain but should I get something else?

It’s up to you, Atlas is a good kit although Smoky is bad in Poly CP. Maybe in battles Major and under, Atlas will be good due to Smoky’s strength, but Smoky is mostly made for long distances. You can also consider Minotaur, Firewall, and even Northerner. Or use Freeze M2 up until Lieutenant Colonel where you can get Ant or Bulldozer (Freeze M2 should last you up to that rank)

 

P.P.S. I just checked out your garage on your alt account it seems very good. Have you ever bought crystals or Premium Account on your alt? And how much crystals do you have now on it? Do you regret buying anything on the alt? How much MUs does your Fire and Freeze M2 have out of 50? Did you buy any kits, and did you make good use of sales? Lastly, how long will Freeze M2 on MUs last and how long will Rico M2 on MUs last?

Haven’t spent any money on this account. Right now, I have 58k and I hope to get Medic at Brigadier (I should be able to get it as soon as i achieve that rank). For now, I only use it for missions (I only play sometimes on it, because I’m trying to keep a good experience-to-crystals earned ratio for kits).

 

A while back (maybe 2 years ago), I made this account and collected monthly reward on it for a year. I got up to and 35k crystals. So I bought the Cupid kit (lol) on Nov 30 of last year

 

 

 

 

Freeze M1 worked great, and during the holiday/New Years sale last year, I bought Siberian during the 50% Freeze Sale

 

 

 

 

And during the Iron days sale, I got Firewall with -25% Fire M2.

 

If you’re wondering why I chose Firewall over, say, Minotaur, it’s because I have never used Fire M2 on any account of mine. Before Firewall, I have always wanted to use Fire M2. Also, I’ve used Twins/Vik M2 on my main account (this one, FC), so using the combo again would be boring (Although it would probably be better in the long run). But in general, I’m very satisfied with Firewall.

 

 

 

 

And then I made a decision I regret - buying Dictator M2. Turned out to be a waste of 62k crystals. :( I originally thought it would be good for Poly CP, but its speed simply sucks. I also MUed it a bit, which kind of helped (8/50). But it still sucks. I can get it to 20/50 and still be able to get Medic at Brigadier, but I’m probably not going to go down that road no more. Buying Dict M2 also ruined my plans of a Tanki garage consisting of only items from kits.

 

 

 

 

I barely have any MUs on my equipment. Not worth mentioning but if you’re interested:

 

Fire M2 - 3/50

Freeze M2 - 2/50

Hunter M2 - 1/50

Dict M2 - 8/50

Hohloma, Tundra - 1 MU

Storm - 2 MUs

 

So yes, I made good use of sales to get to where I am today. I don’t think it’s worth it to MU Freeze M2. I’m not sure about Rico M2, but in general, don’t MU items that aren’t M3 and especially since Freeze and Rico M2 aren’t considered strong M2s.

 

P.S. And I am still mad that I got the stupid Dictator M2 :angry: :(

Wow. Thanks a million!!! :D I love a long story, you went in to detail which is great! I tend to be a bit lazy. I think it's really smart how you just kept getting the monthly-we-missed-you-reward. And I'm glad you didn't buy any crystals. But you kept saying what hull M1 hull is best for M2 Freeze, but which hull is better in general. Also I really love Ricochet? Would it be bad if I got it and then MUed it? Plus if you have 2 close-combat weapons isnt that not good because its not diverse? This is my new plan (I'm going to tell you mine because you told me yours):

 

Get Serbain kit at WO 4

Get Jaguar paint (Because Freeze M2 is very common at the Lieutenant ranks)

Save for M2 Hornet (To go with offense Freezing)

Get M2 Hornet at Second Lieutenant

Get Rico M2 at First Lieutenant

Get Viking M2 and Rustle paint (Because Thunder is hard for Rico's to fight well) at Lieutenant Colonel

Then MU my stuff all the way till Brigadier

 

Is that okay or should I just do what you did. (But not get M2 Dictator) What do you plan on getting in the future? I'd like to know. If I do what you did until First Lieutenant, I will not be very good on big open maps like Servuhov and I will not have any range turrets. Is that okay? Because I'll be good on the maps I like to play but not on all the maps. Should I also get Bulldozer at Lieutenant Colonel? Then MU M3 Thunder too. Hmmmmmmm....... then I can't get and full M3 kits at Brigadier. I don't know, what do you think?

 

P.S. I this kind of playstles in games that I like: I want to be a strategist and outsmart my opponents, though still be a powerful fighter. This why I like Rico and Freeze alot. It fits me perfectly! But getting those as my only M2 Turrets isn't a good choice because their not as powerful as other M2's like Twins, Firebird or Smoky. Oh and I don't really want Atlas anymore. :)

Assolik- I don't suggest mUing your m2s as you can use the crystals for mUing on a kit like Bulldozer later on. I do suggest getting fighter kit or predator kit. Save up for as long as you can, but get kits when they're available.
