what paint which costs about 70k should i buy after sale is over cause Im buying hornet m3 and railgun m2 in sale and I want a paint which looks good im not buying any good paint yet cause im buying a kit later which will have good paints

Don't buy paints now. Focus on improving your combo and having more m3's first. Care about paints later

So, I calculated that I will save upto 270k crystals ( I would have done more but I bought a drug kit :v). Which means I can buy Firebird M3 and Dictator M3 IF it is a 40% sale. (I expect it 40% as its the biggest celebration of tanki in the whole year). I was curious that should I really buy firebird or something like Ricochet/Isida/Hammer. Im Quite a bit confused. My current garage is as noob as a marshal. I have Hornet XT M3, Hornet M3, Wasp M3, Viking M3, Railgun M3 and Smoky M3 (soon to be M4).

Like others have said, you shouldn't buy a paint. In my opinion, there aren't any good paints that cost around 70k either. Both Sakura and Electra are decent paints, but after that, only the paints starting from Rustle might be worth considering.

Either a shorter ranged turret, Clay, or micro-upgrades. Don't buy any hulls for sure, since you have a light, medium and heavy hull.

The 3 paints that you suggested are weak and will not be useful for a long time.

I suggest you buy m3 smoky and m3 titan

There are a lot of paints that protect from fire, but not a lot that protect from smoky.

I'd say Rock. In all the maps but Serpuhov, Rock is a useful paint. Clay on the other hand won't be useful in Island and Hill. I've also taken into account the paints you already own (Emerald, Tiger and maybe even Red Suit are useful Serpuhov paints).

Even though Picasso is an awful paint, is Cardinal worth getting for short and middle range? If so, which paint is best to get (using Emerald for now) for mounting on Titan and Twins (Inferno, Mars)?

Cardinal is a good kit. I recommend you buying it. 

Dont focus on paints now. Paints at your rank will not be useful for long and will be a waste of crystals

Focus on improving your combo first by buying cardinal

.meh . Siberian is only OP for about 3 ranks. Don't get it . Get the Hunter+Vulcan M1 + Sakura kit . It gives you a good combo and a paint that will be fairly useful once you start facing Stinger and Osaka kits

Vulcan is good at all ranks . Its a king drugger and there isn't any (except Invader) low rank Vulcan paints .so yeah .plus I hate facing them cause they make me slide even more then I normally do with hornet

Firebird and Freeze give you a good K/D . Isida lowers your K/D

Tip: Don't focus on K/D. Choose the weapon that you feel more comfortable with.

Guys on my alt currently WO4 getting towards WO5 I have 50k right now and planning on a 40%-50% sale i plan on getting boar i will easily have around 90k probably by the time june 4th comes on my alt I was planning on boar and the next m2 kit i was planning was mosquito is this a good idea if i really want to do xp/bp? (im not going to be able to get mosquito on june 4th sale) wont be high enough rank

Boar sounds like a wise choice for a kit, but don't get Mosquito if you want it for XP/BP. Wasp and Rail M2 are not ideal for playing in those matches, but if you want XP, save for Legend. The rest is up to you in terms of what to buy.

M2 Fire, Freeze, Hunter, Dictator and 182k. Atlas (186k) is back in a few days, should I get it? if i buy, i will still be on track to get medic at brigadier but if I skip it, i could put the 186k into MUing isida

well . Freeze (already made obsolete by you Fire M2) .Hunter and Dictator will start to lose power soon (unless you MU Dictator which is recommended) I say go for Atlas. Its a all round great kit .plus Titan+Fire M2 is great for Poly CP

If you want to heal and get lots of exp and get people to give you kisses and flags, get Isida M3. If you want to use Viking M3 a lot on Noise, Sandbox, and Polygon, I might suggest Hammer M3. It's killer on Viking. Either are good in my opinion. However, take into note, Hammer has a greater advantage as it is better with Savanna (not Savannah, Savannah is a city in the state of Georgia in the US) and Electra. Where as Isida generally is better suited with Inferno against Firebirds, Twins, and Freezes. I'm also guessing you prefer Smoky/Thunder with your hornet. 

 

(Hammer ---> 2 paints for 1 turret   vs   Isida --->1 paint for 1 turret)
