Don't get Refrigerator.. :P I'm serious though, Hive isn't the most useful paint. You're better off buying another Viking kit, buy Freeze separately if you really want it.

what about boreas and raiden then? I will easily have enough for 2 m3 kits (I'm saving everything from wo4 once I ge,t avalanche all the way to brigidiar :P

I plan on getting Minotaur at the end of first lieutenant/beginning of captain. After that I want to go straight for Ghost kit (I don't want an OP kit, I want a fun kit) If my crystal/exp ratio is about 0.75 I will have 440k crystals at the beginning of Lieutenant General, my question is: drumrolls please!  How much do you think my crystal/exp ratio will be? at Brigadier and Major General I will only have 4 m2s, while people of my rank will be running around with m3 combos...

I have 100k atm

That is what I would do. I started upgrading my Firebird, because it's one of my favorites. Then later I saw the upgrade costs of all the turrets and their improvement and I stopped upgrading right away. Instead, I started using my crystals on more cost efficient micro-upgrades (like Smoky, Isida and Twins).

 

Why do you find Savanna more useful than Needle?  What sort of games do tend to play and are they very populated?  I was looking at smokey defense in particular, I tend mainly to play DM.

I rarely play DM, I play mostly CTF and CP. On maps like Kungur, Polygon, Noise, Serpuhov, Sandbox, Tribute and the occasional Forest.
I find Savanna to be more useful because I rarely face shafts, and even if I do, other turrets bother me more. On top of that, my Viking with Savanna will survive a Railgun shot on double damage, while my Viking with Needle won't survive a Shaft shot on double damage.
As for the Ricochet protection, in most cases Clay will be the better choice over Needle.

 

Hmm, I now face a difficult choice:

I need a good m4 hull to go with:
Fire, Freeze, Hammer, Rico.

Maps: Arena, Island, Polygon (And maybe a few large maps but I don't play these very often. Mostly small maps..)

Choices:
Dictator(2/50), Hunter (2/50) or Viking (8/50)

Viking, it is the most versatile, it has a good balance between armor and speed and it's one of the cheapest hulls to upgrade. Dictator comes in second place, the extra armor it has will come in handy in the maps you mentioned, but it will cost you more also. Personally, I'm a bit noob at driving Dictator, but if you like how it moves, the only thing you have to consider is the micro-upgrade cost.

Great hulls, great paints. The turrets will need some serious upgrading though.

If you play it smart (don't waste crystals on changing missions or buying drugs, choose the right battles and play to finish your daily missions) your crystal/exp ratio could even be doubled (1.50). If you play for more than just to complete missions, your ratio will be a bit lower, but a ratio of 1 should still be pretty realistic. I think you will be able to afford either another m3 kit or an m3 turret at least.

Obviously "Tornado" kit is good - Hornet M2 Railgun M2 Spark. But my main question is...

 

Is the paint Electra good?

 

 

Isida —30%

Twins —10%

Smoky —10%

Depends, what map you play in, if medium its great (Rio,Noise,Silence etc) if large maps its good but you can better paints that are cheaper and more effective in larger maps

Tornado kit is great but just replace the paint with fracture for big maps and XP/BP

Should I get raccoon for Polygon CP/TDM/DM to medium maps or wait for a new paint module to be released?

Raccoon has 4 protections, after the update there will only be 1, 2 or 3 protections in one module. That is a good reason to buy it.

However, you won't be able to upgrade  those 4 protections to 50%, while you can upgrade any 3 protection module to 50% after the update.

So the question is: Would you rather have slightly lower protection against 4 turrets, or slightly higher protection against 3 turrets?

Did you buy crystals or Played to buy Boar and then save? My opinion is Yes just if you want to play Xp/Bp! Otherwise buy Monotaur or Atlas or Jam etc, Other Op Kits too are good,Rail m2 is not Too OP like twins and smoky.;) Best of Luck.

Combos I'm using: Titan/Viking-Twins, Smoky, Rico.

Future combos: Viking - Hammer.

Well, XTs are 500k, normal M3 equipment are probably half the price...(Even lower with kits or sales, and in sales, XT are never discounted.)

-keep your crys/xp ratio >2

-catch gold box( i did 50 gold achievement just when i bought boar kit)

-take part in contest.

 

 

my other lil account at Master Sergeant has savage kit with 10 MU on smoky and 15k crystals and i will get 50k or 25k on it + will get 7.5k from contest.

so a total of 48k minimum or 73k if france will win :lol: :lol:

will MU smoky m1 to m2 on next MU sale :lol:  before reaching WO1 B)
